Consistently Unreliable
As both a coach and a student, the only thing I can count on Pivo for is to be difficult. As a student, I’ve lost out on several lessons I paid for, spending the entire time trying to troubleshoot why it wasn’t working. And on the flip side as a coach I’ve lost countless hours dealing with tech issues that I reimburse my students for. For a paid subscription to work so incredibly badly and have zero tech support is abysmal. I requested a refund for my subscription this month after the last lesson failure, only to be told they would “give me a free month after the fix has been found”. Given that these issues have gone on for as long as I’ve been using Pivo, that’s about as empty a promise as one could possibly make.

Pivo Track is just brilliant. I encourage all my clients to buy a Pivo robotic camera so they can watch back their videos of themselves to help them improve and we do live lessons that are just mind blowingly brilliant. Thankyou Pivo!

Bring back the old app
Nothing but issues anymore. Ive used pivo for years and a year ago bought a new one and downloaded the new apps and I have YET to be able to actually video a ride. Glitchy af. Loses tracking, doesn't save, constant errors.

The PIVO is the easiest tracking device I’ve used. I love it, and I use it daily for all of my postings.
