Bring back the old app
Nothing but issues anymore. Ive used pivo for years and a year ago bought a new one and downloaded the new apps and I have YET to be able to actually video a ride. Glitchy af. Loses tracking, doesn't save, constant errors.

The PIVO is the easiest tracking device I’ve used. I love it, and I use it daily for all of my postings.
Inoperable Horse Tracking
The horse tracking doesn’t work at all. It won’t even lock on to one. I have to use the “pet” feature. So far none of my rides have been recorded because of how awful the tracking is.
Poor Video Quality
The Pivo does not track smoothly during lessons as advertised. Paid subscription does not help. This device and app are essentially useless for taking lessons. Their support team has not been helpful.
Constantly improving
I have owned pivo for more than 5 years and the software is improving. honestly price performance is incomparable to other alternatives. Best thing I bought.
When you are trying to video , error message comes up and you don’t get a video
Why oh why can you not fix the error message , no internet connection when you are jus trying to do a video and you don’t need any internet connection? We just want our video . Don’t send an error message so we don’t get a video. Also when there is 20 percent battery left on the phone and the low battery message comes up the video is also stopped. You need to fix both problems ! No more error messages popping up ruining videos 🤬

Why is the webcam option no longer available? The app is useless to me without it.

Record audio from background music feature
IOS18 now supports audio playback which allows videos to be recorded with audio from a running music app like apple music and spotify. Need this to record dance videos with better audio quality

이번에 새로사서 승마할때 쓰는데 딱 나만 잡는게 아니어서 아쉽습니다. 말이 여러 마리가 있으면 누구든 지나가는대로 잡아서… 센서같은걸로 서로 연결이 돼 있어서 어떤 상황에서도 나만 잡을수있으면 좋겠습니다.
アップデートしたら動作が変
1.7.0及び1.7.1にアップデートしたらhorse tracking modeが変になりました。馬は認識できているがpivoが右に左に動き続けてめちゃくちゃ酔います。

Unreliable!
This is the most unreliable app I have. Randomly stops recording 1 out of 3 rides, so 17mins into a 1hr ride it quits. No alerts, no sign it’s still following me around. No other apps on, DND set. I’d give it a 1 if it wasn’t for the fact that when it does bother to work it’s great.

Terrible
It seems like Pivo is only getting worse overtime, not better. I am consistently the only horse in my ring and it still gets stuck on who knows what, tracking maybe 5% of my ride and in such a jolty way you’d think I was riding through an earth quake. Why not align the device with the remote? Then riders can pocket the remote and it’s so much more guaranteed to track appropriately. I’m ready to throw in the towel with Pivo.

Bad horse tracking
Doesn’t track the horse smoothly. Starts to jump left-right like if it doesn’t see the horse, but still keeps the horse in the view field. Worked great before but last times the videos were absolutely useful and hard to watch. Not sure why it happened, why it started to glitch so bad. It never fell, always carefully used, updated to the latest version. Btw the thing that says it can lock on a certain horse and track it regardless any others horses in the arena - doesn’t work at all too. Tried on IPhone XR and 14pro.

Missed half my ride
Super annoying to go to watch my video only to find that the Pivo spent half the time filming the wall. It seems to lose me and my horse when we get close to it. It’s so bad that now when I’m riding, instead of focusing on training, I’m constantly checking and looking to make sure it’s tracking me. Very frustrating as it’s supposed to be a training aid, and help, not be a detractor and source of frustration.
