Love This!
I emailed and chatted with Pix Star because I could not get pictures to load to my frames. I was ready to return them. Then I did some more research and found the Pix Star Snap App. Why in the name of everything holy didn’t someone there tell me about this app. Complete game changer. Someone at Pix Star needs a kick in the rump for not promoting this app more. What is wrong with you people?

We love this free app and the frames some more ch I bought one for my mom, son, and daughter! We love sharing daily stories! It’s so easy!
Good but for 1 problem (2 problems?)
Generally the app works well, but often videos get turned sideways on the photo frame and cannot be rotated (why?). Also many videos cannot be edited from my iPad even though they can be on my iPhone

My Pix Star
This is the easiest and best digital photo frame. Great way to view those pictures that’s been hidden away in a box.
Videos don’t upload correctly after software update
Videos now upload incorrectly. I have reported this and advised it’s due to re recent software update. 2 months have passed and still not working.
So Easy to Share Photos
It is so easy to share photos using the Pix-Star Snap app. Just select your photos you went to send then choose the Pix-Star email frames you want to send to.

Cannot add new pics
I can’t load new pictures to my device. I don’t know if there is a limit but to be sure I deleted several to make room. Any suggestions?

Pictures work fine but videos don’t play sound despite changing settings. Confusing interface.

We can’t express just how much we love our 15” PixStar. We enjoy ours so much we bought a second one for my dad. It is so easy to share the address with our family members so they can add new pictures from wherever they may be. The resolution is crystal clear. There are so many options to choose how the pictures are displayed. Some days we could just sit for hours watching pictures. My dad loves keeping up with all the grandkids, great grandkids and great-great grandchildren this way! There are possibilities with it that I have yet to discover! I highly recommend it.

Current version is clumsy and a pain to use
Adding picture and viewing pictures that have been added is the only thing this app should be doing yet it’s not doing either ..
Photos not showing up
Not all of my photos are showing up in app now. Even changed to not optimized and nothing recent. Do not like the update.

Hard to manage, but when successful it’s wonderful. Can’t figure out how to separate photos into categories or even if I have more room for more photos

Not easy to use anymore
After the updates, the app and the website are not as easy to use to upload photos. When using the website to add photos, it doesn’t access all of the photos in my camera roll. I cannot tell which photos are duplicates either.
A few times I selected a bunch of photos and when I tried to add them, a had an error message telling me which formats were allowed. It didn’t upload the ones that were in the right format, instead, I had to go back through and select photos not knowing which were going to upload. Again, none uploaded. Very frustrating UI.
