Login issue
Hello. I have had trouble logging into my account for the past week. Whenever I try to open this app, it automatically shuts down and returns to my home screen (it happens every time I use the mobile app, and it started happening after the recent update). I love Coach Paul Fabritz's programs, but I would like the system fixed quickly!!

app not user friendly but top tier program,
honestly, the vert code code elite programs are the truth. Definitely have seen results with what I did, but it’s very discouraging to use the app because it cuts off my music and is very buggy + is similar to an old webpage. would recommend a similar interface to jefit or something else but other than that no complaints.

Background music
Great app all the workouts are good but after using the app for a while the same exact song every single time gets super old and makes me want to never open the app! No music would be great or switch up the beat a little. It’s way too repetitive. I can see people going insane listening to the same song every single day.

Age restrictions
Good content. Good practice for my kids! One problem is the age restriction on the app which is 17+ which essentially blocks my kids from being able to use it on their device. Not sure why you would market it for kids to improve their vertical but make it inaccessible for them to use it. Can the age restriction be changed on the App Store so it is usable?

Quality of life improvements desired
Overall it’s nice to have an app vs not having one, but there are updates that would make this a lot better:
- notes for exercises should carry over and not be specific to a workout day. If I want to take key reminders for a lift eg make sure knees aren’t over toes, I want that to show up each time instead of having to watch the video each time
- allow for default video speed multiplier to apply to all videos. Having to open every video then pause it to change the speed to 1.5 is annoying and causes more buffering issues
- video buffering issues all of the time. I feel like half my workout is spent waiting for videos to buffer and load.

Do not use this service
I cancel my service almost 2 years ago on my son‘s iPhone and I just found out they still charged me almost $30 a month for two years. If I don’t get a refund I will sue
Videos say unavailable
Every time I try and see a ball handling workout video it pops up saying that the video is unavailable. I was enjoying the app until this point, it started happening on the month 8 section.
Videos down
All videos are down on the app.
Cheeks
Anyone wondering, it still won’t let you make an account.
Confused App
I really wanna to dunk it so bad but this app doesn’t show me how to setup the schedule on the date. There is lots of options I’m just confused I don’t understand what is the steps
Login Failure
I just purchased the vert code body weight program online and just downloaded the app as well. Unfortunately, I am unable to login to the mobile app using my login credentials. This is very disappointing. Please help.
Can’t sign up
Downloaded the app and takes me straight to log in, but you need to create an account.
Great workouts. App could use some work
Pros:
I will say the programs themselves are fantastic. I purchased a lifetime membership of the ver code elite and have completely changed my body in the best way possible: I removed nagging injuries, went from 17% to 10% bf, added 4” on my vert while losing the 50 lbs, and started dunking from a standstill. This is just the beginning. I look forward to future results. It’s well thought out and far more advanced that any other program (vert shock, jump manual, etc.).
Proposed improvements:
1) Apple Watch. There should be an Apple Watch companion to allow you to continue to the next exercise within workouts.
2) nutrition: While fat don’t fly and the nutrition code exist, I think the nutritional advice overall needs more depth. It’s not as simple as calories and grams of protein and there’s too much misinformation on the internet to leave it to the user to research. There should be specific information on calorie deficits, surpluses, what to do in plateaus, etc. The video resources, in my opinion, do not offer enough advice when one is stuck.
4) connectivity: the application should connect to Apple health. Allowing easy writing of calorie burn information and reading nutritional input. Perhaps going as far as programming recommendations based on Apple health data.
3) native videos. The app has a unique challenge to keep content fresh while still loading internet information. It should give the user the option to download videos for a workout to the native device and avoid loading them off cellular data. As many have stated, they don’t play off wifi. There are workarounds. This is likely tied to YouTube servers blocking offline viewing via cellular network. However, users should be following Paul’s advice to watch all videos before the workout itself.
4) forums are not well done and often only allow you to submit comments once every time you open the app. This discourages members from having conversation. Along these lines, the admins need to be more active on the forums for questions from the users. A lot of these go unanswered and lack of information can lead to poor progress or even injury.

Age rating?
Hi I have a problem with the age rating , I’m trying to have my freind put screen time on my phone so I can be more productive but this app is 17+ and it doesn’t allow me to use it because of that, is there a way to change that? Thanks
Workout in Progress!
Obviously I’m going to want to complete the workout, so every time I leave the app no matter what, like for music or a text message, this pops up every time and gets times consuming after doing it hundreds of times in a matter of weeks. Fix this. Make it go to workout automatically and not leave it.

Videos don’t work on cellular data
Like many others have mentioned, the videos on the app do not work over cellular data. This becomes extremely important when working out outside with no WiFi. Reaching out to tech support with this issue will do absolutely no good. The programs are legit, but with the tech difficulties, I wouldn’t bother.

Can not login and does not recognize my email address to reset password but I know my password so it shouldn’t need to be rest but it won’t allow me to login. See the problem???
App does not work + no refunds
Do not buy this!! The videos do not load on WiFi or Cell service so you can’t even do the exercises. They also declined to refund for the $100 program that I couldn’t even start.
