How is new app still outdated
This is an app looks and acts like it’s from the 1990s when the world was first figuring it out.
Best coffee ever!
Last week I picked up a mobile order. Being the first time I wasn't sure of the ingredients in what I ordered. They were super quick to remake mine to a sugar free version! My drink was perfect! My daughter also order an iced coffee drink and bragged about it all day. We decided to get coffee and beignets at least once or twice a month!

I just picked up my mobile and my drink was wrong. The barista did read what I wanted. I just took the drink and left. This was not a good experience!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
Don’t make a mistake on the app
If you select the wrong store then you’re just SOL. No option to file a ticket or request help.
Iced chocolate cappuccino
No chocolate added! I paid $11.31 for a medium size and did not get what I ordered. Very disappointing. I was in a hurry this morning, so I could not turn around, ugh….
Unable to reset password
The password reset doesn’t work. I have been waiting for assistance since 5/20. I sent a follow up email and now IT wants to call me and have a conversation about resetting my password. Can I please just get a link emailed to me to reset my password. I really don’t understand why this is so difficult.

Coffee 4, Mobile Ordering 0
The coffee here is good and I would actually go here versus other places if it wasn’t for their atrocious mobile ordering. I have tried it spaced out about three or four months between, around five times and not even one time did they have the order ready when I got there! They have this rack that supposedly is where mobile orders go, but I’ve never seen an order there.. I have had to go up to the counter every time and say I have a mobile order. “Oh you do OK” and then they start making it. Don’t have mobile ordering until you get it straight. The big chain I hate to go to, but they have the mobile ordering down. PJs does not.

The app sucks. Difficult to change locations for the same order.
Very disappointed tried to change locations, but the app didn’t take so when I drove up to get my order, it was at a different location Tried to call the location in the phone is not a working number. This sucks.
Paytronix error 4-EVER
It’s been six months and I still can’t access my elusive rewards, which have probably mostly expired now. But again, who needs them when you have Paytronix Error 4?

I love this place!
First, let me say not all locations are created. The location that I frequent in my little town of league city Texas is absolutely awesome! Great employees, perfect Mixology, clean, friendly, and just the best. With that being said, yes I have gone to several of the locations and not just to visit the café but on business. There aren’t that many of these locations in the total area of which I live, but I really don’t want to drive all the way over to Louisiana to get my fix. The app occasionally has issues with things being out of stock which are not out of stock or items in stock which are out of stock but not a big deal in my opinion.

Would love to be able to use my phone number to log in since someone jacked my number
Won’t let me create an account because someone jacked my number I’ve had for 15 years. I would love to be able to create an account with my number or jack my own account back from some AH
Login Issues
I have been unable to login in. I am also unable to reset my password. I have tried multiple times and have not received an email link. The app used to work well, but not any more.

More sign in options
I’ve been having a number with PJs for a couple of years now and I finally downloaded the app again, but I cannot get in because I do not remember my password and my email that I signed up with and I want to be able to sign in with my number since that’s the thing that they ask for every time that I purchased something from PJ‘s coffee I would really like it if y’all updated the sign in options to include a sign in option with your phone number and then verify it with a code through your phone number because I am a perfect example of forgetting what email and password I used to sign in with this app But I know my phone number is on file for the PJ’s points please and thank you

Logging in is impossible
Apparently I have an account. The app knows because it recognizes my phone number. But it won’t let me log in with my phone number. It’s absolutely stupid.
Long time customer
My sister took me to a PJ's in New Orleans for my first visit. I loved it and I still do now! The stores are always clean and the coffee is actually very good. I recommend everyone to stop by and get something! There's plenty on the menu b
