Non-functional
I always have problems with this app. I received an email about a $1 cookie promotion available for one day only, tapped the reward in the app, added the cookie and two beverages but it couldn’t process the reward. I was charged and refunded twice but the order was never placed. Previously, I placed an order for a breakfast item (along with two beverages) for my daughter on the way to a class; when we got there, they were out of the food item - the only reason we went to PJ’s was for her breakfast. Other businesses update when they are out of something. The app also forces you to make selections unnecessarily - I’m ordering iced tea & I have to click the drop down for milk options & choose ‘no milk’ before I can add the item to my cart! Why is this necessary?! There are so many times when I have had trouble with this app & I’ve just decided not to order, that it’s too much trouble to deal with.

I was soo excited for PJs to open, I live literally 2 minutes away. I’ve given them a few tries and every time they seem to get worst. SOME of the staff seem rude at the speaker. My coffee has never tasted the same as I found one I fell in love with and the first time was the only time it tasted that way. I get beignets almost every time and they’ve been over done and not enough powered sugar so I’m just eating bread. Also haven’t gotten the sauce on the side since the first time. I don’t know if I’ll be back after today.

My Wife and I are New to Louisiana, and enjoy stopping by different coffee shops outside of the norms. I must say I am impressed with the atmosphere, quality, and most of all the Customer service!
Missing features
It’s a start. But no one can compete with StarBucks.
How is new app still outdated
This is an app looks and acts like it’s from the 1990s when the world was first figuring it out.
Best coffee ever!
Last week I picked up a mobile order. Being the first time I wasn't sure of the ingredients in what I ordered. They were super quick to remake mine to a sugar free version! My drink was perfect! My daughter also order an iced coffee drink and bragged about it all day. We decided to get coffee and beignets at least once or twice a month!

I just picked up my mobile and my drink was wrong. The barista did read what I wanted. I just took the drink and left. This was not a good experience!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
Don’t make a mistake on the app
If you select the wrong store then you’re just SOL. No option to file a ticket or request help.
Iced chocolate cappuccino
No chocolate added! I paid $11.31 for a medium size and did not get what I ordered. Very disappointing. I was in a hurry this morning, so I could not turn around, ugh….
Unable to reset password
The password reset doesn’t work. I have been waiting for assistance since 5/20. I sent a follow up email and now IT wants to call me and have a conversation about resetting my password. Can I please just get a link emailed to me to reset my password. I really don’t understand why this is so difficult.

Coffee 4, Mobile Ordering 0
The coffee here is good and I would actually go here versus other places if it wasn’t for their atrocious mobile ordering. I have tried it spaced out about three or four months between, around five times and not even one time did they have the order ready when I got there! They have this rack that supposedly is where mobile orders go, but I’ve never seen an order there.. I have had to go up to the counter every time and say I have a mobile order. “Oh you do OK” and then they start making it. Don’t have mobile ordering until you get it straight. The big chain I hate to go to, but they have the mobile ordering down. PJs does not.

The app sucks. Difficult to change locations for the same order.
Very disappointed tried to change locations, but the app didn’t take so when I drove up to get my order, it was at a different location Tried to call the location in the phone is not a working number. This sucks.
Paytronix error 4-EVER
It’s been six months and I still can’t access my elusive rewards, which have probably mostly expired now. But again, who needs them when you have Paytronix Error 4?

I love this place!
First, let me say not all locations are created. The location that I frequent in my little town of league city Texas is absolutely awesome! Great employees, perfect Mixology, clean, friendly, and just the best. With that being said, yes I have gone to several of the locations and not just to visit the café but on business. There aren’t that many of these locations in the total area of which I live, but I really don’t want to drive all the way over to Louisiana to get my fix. The app occasionally has issues with things being out of stock which are not out of stock or items in stock which are out of stock but not a big deal in my opinion.

Login Issues
I have been unable to login in. I am also unable to reset my password. I have tried multiple times and have not received an email link. The app used to work well, but not any more.
