They took a good concept and ruined it 3 years ago it was perfect they had it where you can hire an influencer workshop ideas for your brand and start on marketing on multiple platforms without a paywall now it’s the opposite the juice isn’t worth the squeeze and you can find services easily elsewhere

Gives you the exact same prompts when creating an ad the Google ads gives you. 97.00 a month for the service is ridiculous. Waste of money.

Everytime I try to connect to my social media it doesn’t work even when connected. Then when you go to the need help the description is vague .

I can’t pause my ad
I would give it 5 stars if I was able To pause the ad , every time I try it won’t let me and some of the buttons aren’t clickable and the app keep crashing when I try to edit my ad
Nightmare
Trying to connect my Instagram and Facebook is a currently ongoing nightmare. When I try to, I just keep getting kicked off the app and it is not taking any of my information correctly and when I finally did log in, nothing was saved for me to connect to Plai with. I can’t justify converting to a paid member.

Really like this app
As a small business owner who has no advertising/ marketing skills Plai really comes in handy. I tried to run ads on Facebook and Instagram and for months I had no success in hitting my target audience. Two weeks of using Plai, I have my target audience engaging and liking my ads. The app is easier to navigate and use then an other marketing tools. They are working to make it even easier.

Waste of time (bait and switch)
Makes you sign up first to tell you this is a PAID ONLY platform. You only have a free trail then zero functionality without a paid subscription.

This is a must have for small business owners trying to compete. Having to run a business and worry about building adds to compete against the competition became tough and time consuming. The app keeps crashing?
I have tried multiple times to set up my marketing on this app, but every time I’m in the set up mode, it won’t let me go further in the process. It just stops randomly in the steps. What’s going on?

I appreciate what the developers are trying to do here, but the UI is clunky, lacking a modern app feel and offers fewer options than going directly to Google Ads.
Sure, it may be a ‘simpler’ way of launching a campaign but the results yielded were not great for me (also I was told on the website there was a desktop version which I couldn’t find. Kept forwarding me to the app at which point the discounted rate had disappeared).
It does offer a free trial though, which I appreciated, so no loss trying it out (other than them collecting your data).

I love this app and highly recommend
I almost never give any app a review, but this app is excellent. I can help recommending it to everybody. I’ve recently joined Plai to market my clothing e-commerce business. I just created a display and search ad on google using the assistance from Plai. After the first day, I was amazed with the click through rate which is more than 20%.
