Trying to charge me again in the same week!

No where in the App Store does it say there is a weekly charge for this app. I paid for the app and two widgets on the 5th of July and on the 9th of July the app tried to charge my card $11.99.

I purchased through your Etsy site, the icons. I have an iPhone. Is it even possible to use them with my iPhone? And cannot use any of it with Goodnotes or Notability, without paying a subscription.
