Apple Watch version of app
The app is great. Unfortunately there is no Apple Watch version, which would eliminate the need to carry around your phone.
Great gym, terrible app
I’m currently sitting inside a Planet Fitness and the app says it’s almost empty, yet every machine is occupied, all of the smith machines are occupied, all of the benches by the free weights are occupied, and the break out room for kettle bells/trx/abs are filled.
How is it empty? The app is great for signing in and absolutely nothing else. I’d rather have a physical card at this point.

My gym experience with Planet Fitness has been great so far! I enjoy coming early mornings with a friend in the workout has proven itself. I’m slimming down and toning up thank you planet fitness.

The PF in Gaffney, SC is wonderful! The equipment is great and the facility is very clean. Darius is an amazing employee. He is always very friendly and helpful. He is also very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend going to the PF in Gaffney! Ask for Darius but all of the employees are very good!!

Best gym, best bang for your buck.
They’ve got all the machines, anything you could want for a muscle group. All the treadmills, any pace you want to set. Stairs, bikes you name it. Especially love the chin up/pull up machine with a counter weight. Multiple sets of free weights and dumbbells

Wait what?
Haven’t even been to gym in over 2 months , how does the app tell me I don’t have to pay till September and is now August and I get 2 charges to my bank account? They literally just withdrew 2 and a half payments out of my banking account after the fact the app said I didn’t have to make a payment till September .this is ridiculous when I’m being charged for days that I have not even been going to the gym to workout because of being busy at work. 😡 the. I’m already thinking about cancelling my account and they’res not option on the app to cancel . Yall are so wrong for this .

Exactly what I need and nothing more
Love this place! I come and stretch, run, do a red light therapy session followed up by one of the massage therapy machines…..MAGIC! Absolutely amazing staff no matter what time, open late, clean, safe, and WHEN I LEAVE HERE I ALWAYS FEEL BETTER THAN I DID WHEN I WALKED IN!
Can’t use the app
App won’t even go past the loading screen. I just signed up for a membership, paid, and can’t even access the app. 🙄
