Love going to planet fitness, always clean, staff is very accommodating for the most part- although being a black card member doesn’t really mean anything when the massages chairs and other equipment are always down for maintenance…. It really sucks
Needs reevaluation
I’ve been using this for about a year and a half and things have been fine, nothing special. Now I’m getting GLP-1 advertising. As you’re not my doctor, this wouldn’t be for medical use only for aesthetics which contradicts Planet Fitness’s own claims about their gyms being judgement free zones.

Unable to get past login
I have been a member since the beginning of this summer and can’t use the app to get into the club because I have one of the Iphones that don’t work with the app. I’m not alone as I’ve found a group like me on Reddit. Every person who works in my club has tried to do it. We have uninstalled and reinstalled, deleted cookies, restarted the phone… In the end, I am a black member but missing a big component—the QR code to scan when I walk in the club. I have to explain then stand there and have my number entered every time. They no longer offer a card to use. I am not happy about this. Fix this bug please!!!

I love this app because when l do not have time to go to the gym l could do it at home lm very busy and sometimes it’s hard to go to the gym L but thank you so much for this app l just love it

Grace is amazing on the midnight shift at Planet Fitness, in Valparaiso, IN. "Grace is an absolute gem at Planet Fitness. She works the midnight shift by herself and still makes time to help members with equipment, patiently going over how everything works, and answering any questions I have. She always friendly and smiling , which makes late night workouts feel welcoming instead of intimidating. On top of her regular duties, she works hard to keep the entire gym spotless. It really shows how dedicated she is. Having someone like Grace on the nite shift makes a huge difference. She professional, caring, and truly goes above and beyond. The screen loads
Why does the screen load for hours I’ve waited my WiFi is fine it js doesn’t open
App doesn’t work
It never loads. The only time the app worked was the day I downloaded it. Since then the app will not load. I’ve uninstalled it and re downloaded it. Still doesn’t work. Apps make simple stuff hard.
Infinite Loading Screen
Been months and cannot get past the loading screen on the app. Deleted, redownloaded, reset phone, no fix even with recent updates. Member assistance is unable to help with this as well and home club has no fix.

I go to the Puyallup Planet Fitness and I love it!! The staff is awesome. They are so friendly and supportive and encouraging a lot of times. I just go and use the massage chair cause I Doordash and I get really tense from driving and crazy traffic.! I just recently had a session/appointment with one of the Fitness trainers who got me going on an exercise regimen for working one day with my upper body the next day with my lower body and so far thank you Planet Fitness for giving me a place where I feel so comfortable even though I’m very overweight I know I’m gonna lose weight and get back in shape!

All of my expectations have been met and quite frankly have gone beyond. The service, equipment, and atmosphere is excellent.

The App is so easy to navigate and we finally don't have to keep a keychain with us to enter. Brilliant idea and I hope more gyms take notes
