Can’t verify US phone numbers

You cannot register unless you provide a phone number. The phone number has to be verified with SMS. Great. However, it will not actually send sms to us based phone numbers or voip. You should have the options to verify by email which you are not given.

Sms not working for US numbers

SMS won't send out to US numbers and there is no other way to verify an account. Ended up not getting a haircut because the app doesn't work. I would not recommend.

J’ai découvert cet institut à l’occasion d’une prestation de spray tan et je suis absolument ravie de mon expérience. La responsable est très professionnelle, douce et à l’écoute. Elle a pris le temps de me conseiller avec beaucoup de bienveillance afin d’obtenir un résultat adapté à ma carnation et à mes attentes.

La prestation s’est déroulée dans une ambiance agréable et rassurante. Le résultat est naturel, uniforme et lumineux, exactement ce que je recherchais. On sent une véritable expertise et un souci du détail.

Je recommande cet institut les yeux fermés à toutes les personnes qui souhaitent un spray tan de qualité avec des conseils personnalisés. Une très belle découverte, j’y retournerai avec plaisir ! ✨🤎

Tolle App, übersichtlich und einfach zu bedienen. Ein Import in die Kalenderapp “TimeTree” wär noch super!

Für Kunden super, angeblich für Profis zu teuer

Ich liebe diese App, weil sie für mich als Kunden total übersichtlich ist und ich einfach Termine unkompliziert auch mal verschieben kann. Ich hatte dann auch schon mehreren Profis wie Kosmetikerin oder Friseuren gesagt, wie gut die App ist in der Hoffnung, dass sie darauf wechseln, Aber dann wurde mir jedes Mal gesagt, dass Planity relativ hohe Gebühren nimmt und andere Plattformen noch günstiger sind. Vielleicht ändert sich das noch mal und Planity wird Markt. Als Kunde fänd ich das super.

Gute Arbeit

Das Team ist sehr nett und macht seine Arbeit sehr gut. Klasse 👏🏻👏🏻.
Das Einzige was wirklich nervt, ist die meist laute Tecno „Mucke“….Diese „Musik“
dröhnt die ganze Zeit und ist nicht zum Aushalten.

It works now?

I had the worst time getting the SMS two step verification to work. Wasted so much time for a whole evening. Then today out of the blue I was able to receive their sms with my American number. Hmmm…might they have finally fixed the issue? I may give it five stars if the app continues to run smoothly.

Problème de connection

Une application horrible à utilise dès la connexion le mot de passe pourtant bon sur le site ne marche pas sur l’application quand tu veux changer de mot de passe et mettre celui que tu veux il te disent que c déjà le même que celui que j’utilise donc je retourne essayer ça ne marche pas et quand je veux changer de mot de passe ça me met que c pas possible donc bloquer horrible
