I have tried to cancel, sent several emails. However there is no response and they continue to charge my credit card. I requested cancellation before trial period ended. Beware!!

Only identifies one plant for free and gives the wrong identification.

Cancelled my subscription before the end of the free trial but continued to take money from me.
I need support
This app says it’s $39.99 a year but I’m being charged monthly. I have sent multiple emails to support but no response. I need help. I don’t understand how this app is charging me still, when there’s no record in my Apple account.
Doesn’t work like advertised/charged after tried to cancel
Was supposed to be in my apple subscriptions and I went to cancel before the trial ended and it wasn’t there. Couldn’t find a website. After being charged $39.99 month for 2 months I got notice that my payment didn’t go thru cuz I changed debit cards. I never accessed the app past the trial period. Asking for a refund so we will see if they make it right or not .
