This 100% vegan restaurant is in a category of its own. With fresh, creatively unique, and oh so delicious courses from the top of the menu to the bottom, you are purely delighted with every visit or pick up / delivery order. (Shoutout to Coconut Grove managers Cameron and Lorenzo) Their servers + host/ess, managers, chefs, bartenders, & every single person in the mix never falters to bring you joy bite by bite. A place that intertwines beauty in aesthetic, peace within, harmony all around, and a true sense of COMMUNITY, I am whole heartedly a grateful fan of everything they stand for and bring to the world. :)

Estimated Pick Up Times Are Incorrect
Today I came to grab my second pick-up order using the app. The first time my order was not ready for approximately 30 minutes after the estimated pick up time. Today, my order was supposed to be ready at 8:37. I arrived at the store at 8:44 and waited for my food until 9:02.

Payment doesn’t work
Doesn’t accept any credit cards? How is that even possible? Hasn’t worked for weeks and not sure how it hasn’t been fixed
"The menu is unavailable at the requested time"
This annoying message keeps popping up when I try to order takeout from my local Planta in Marina del Rey. It's been happening all week. Support hasn't responded so it seems like they just don't went me as a customer.
Great food - horrible app
I’ve been having issues with this app since the very beginning. I wrote into support and what they told me to do didn’t help. I should have hundreds of points by now and I don’t. It’s absolutely wild.

Bang Bang Broccoli
The bang bang broccoli was satisfying and delicious, it’s not cheap, but it’s worth it to treat yourself once in a while. The restaurant itself is beautiful and you can see the marina from the windows and you can sit outside next to the boats in the sunshine.
False information to get card info
I uploaded my card information to this app so that I could get the $10 off reward it promised. Once I got to checkout it said “No open fixed discount could be found for this location.” Had I known this discount applied to specific locations I wouldn’t have bothered loading my card information. Just terrible!

How to sign in?!
There’s no way to sign in if you already have an account.
I attempted to use my information when it prompted and it said “Account already created with information”
However, that’s the only thing that pops up. No “Sign in” box
