It’s a scam!
I’d never thought I’d say this about a garnering app but it’s a scam! Does it identify well - 90% of the time - yes.
However, if you refuse to pay the extortionate substitution every time you look up a plant it tells you it is sick - and of course you’d need to pay to see any information.
Every single plant I’ve looked up in my garden, local parks and RHS gardens has apparently been ‘sick’ and of course I need to pay to see why!!!

Love this app!!! Instructions are so detailed and thorough! So beginner friendly! They cover every base of caring for the plants and make being a plant parent feel like a breeze!

Don’t bother looked at a plant with active disease and said it was a watering issue

Bon l’appli est bien faites simple et efficace mais pour mois trop cher c’est un système d’abonnement mensuel je ne payerait pas dommage Parceque l’application di on paye pas on ne peut que l’utiliser de 10% lire les conseil mais pas utiliser l’application dommage …..
Par contre l’appli aurait été payante avec un prix fixe comme 5€ oui j’aurait payer et je pense que boucoup plus de monde s’engagerait c’est mon avie mais 60€ pour utiliser l’application à vie sa va pas 60€

Not a good app for the price
The only thing this app tells me if my plants overwatered and underwater and the accuracy is nowhere near correct

This company should not be trusted. They were double charging our CC every week for 5 months before we found out. We were never given a refund, so we cancelled. Don’t trust them with your CC information. They will misuse it for their benefit.
Drowning
I was overwatering this particular plant. The app said to cut back on the water. I got back on the water and my plant started to rejuvenate now I only water the plants of this nature once a week and they look better.

It’s really great at correctly detecting the plants, easy to navigate and the free version is worth the download.
Useful, But Could Be Better
The app is helpful for identifying plants and provides useful care information. The design is nice, and it's easy to navigate. However, I felt that some features could be improved, and the overall experience didn't quite meet my expectations. It's a decent app, but there's still room for improvement.

Just 20% of my plants were identified correctly and most had diseases on an incorrect identification. If I’d be unaware of my plants type, I would have followed incorrect instructions to rid them of their disease. I tried taking photos of each wrongly identified plant from a different views too, but I would be given other incorrect plants. The concept is great and perhaps if the monthly price was reduced, it would encourage more users rectifying the mistakes and building up a more accurate database.
