Cannot export notes
Although I have found this device to take decent notes the spelling is questionable but understandable. However when you try to export the notes they do not come across as a summary and the mind map itself cannot be exported. If there’s a way to do this that I’m not understanding please let me know, but if it’s not easy or intuitive then people are going to have trouble with this

PLAUD has become one of those tools I use constantly. It makes recording conversations, meetings, and ideas incredibly easy, and the AI summaries save me a ridiculous amount of time. I especially love being able to pull out key points and action items without digging through an entire recording. It’s simple, reliable, and genuinely useful. If you’re busy, take a lot of meetings, or have a brain that likes to generate ideas at inconvenient times, PLAUD is worth every penny.

Game Changer
Plaud is a game changer. I am a part time futures trader and I follow a few expeirenced traders and former investment bankers. I also have ADHD so before I would only retain 50%. Now I have a transcript to reference and a through breakdown of key takeaways and ideas. It also allows you to preform other analysis of the transcript like intent and reasoning. I think this is the best way so far to use AI as it cant really hallucinate as it only has one source to reference. I would recommend it to anyone who needs a virtual analyst.

Loses Sync Constantly
This device constantly is losing sync with my Apple iPhone 17 Pro Max. I spend more time syncing it back to my phone that I do actually using it. It’s a piece of junk.
UX Marginal Ai Not Good
It works and it’s probably better than it’s competitors, but it’s still only average for one thing. The user interface is very clunky. You have to click four or five times to figure out where the original audio file is and then look for it at the top under sources that’s bad. Also the so-called templates per AI suck. I would never use them. The original transcript is best likely what I’ll be doing. Is copy pasting the transcript into a real AI model like my professional ChatGPT it’s OK, but it’s not great not yet.

Pretty decent so far
It’s been a pretty good experience so far; it really helped with my note-taking and let me listen and engage more fully in conversations. I did have to pay for a subscription, and I chose the most expensive plan. The con so far is that it takes a while to download the transcript or notes, the AI tool intelligence is medium, and the identified speakers are sometimes incorrect. Overall, I really like this product and I look forward to seeing how this tool develops. Thanks!
