Great technology
I begun recording all my meetings. I show Real Estate with clients that way I’m not misrepresenting anything they tell me it’s great for phone conversations because I can put the put it into my system and have have it summarized and get back to clients within minutes. It’s really, really a great product.

Wanted to love this
Transcript management is clunky at best. It’s difficult extrapolating the data I need. My device no longer supports a charge either. Sending it back and will likely switch to Granola AI.
Scam
After being a subscriber for a few months, my Plaud device stopped recording properly. Support replaced it with a device that never functioned right. I could never get FindMy working on my new device. I cancelled my nearly $250 per year subscription and they keep charging my card even after cancelling o their website, and then contacting support. They just now tried to charge my card again for a fourth time. This company seems legit until you’ve used them for a whole. Seems scammy. Be aware. (Their AI has responded to this saying that they want me to write support which I have already been doing repeatedly every single time it tries to charge my card and they have not resolved it so as an update, this is still happening and it’s been many days since I posted this. They do not have people doing any real work, shopper be aware)

Love this product. It saves me a ton of time, but more importantly, it allows me to be fully present in meetings instead of constantly taking notes.. which ultimately makes me more focused and effective.
It also creates real accountability. No more second-guessing who said what, what was agreed to, or who was assigned what.. it’s all right there in the notes. And when needed, I can pull up the full transcript or even go back and listen to the actual conversation.
Huge productivity tool and quickly becoming something I don’t want to work without.

Really useful tool
I have been using Paul now for three or four weeks. I thought of first that I wouldn't need a monthly plan that gives me unlimited minutes. The truth was that I use my allocated in just a few days! However, signing on the unlimited plan was not a problem because it has become so useful and has allowed me to pay full attention to the nuances that happen during in person, teams meetings and phone calls. Very valuable and has really smartened and sped up my workflow. All the key players in my management team are now getting A Plaud each - and we will be getting a team account.

Simpley not a 1-2 click program .. you have to search search or search again for most common tasks
App is basic but it works
Nothing fancy but it does what you need it to do. Also if you get the plaud tablet, you will waste your time due to how easy they made it to activate. Don’t get it unless you are ready to pay for unlimited time.

Exceptionally handy; getting better all the time
When I first got the hardware, I really wasn’t sure what I would do with it, but now that I am using Plaud, I am finding it evermore helpful. I am recording more and more conversations and (I am grateful) it automatically records all of my conversations online done through web apps like Google Meet and Zoom. Plot does a great job of summarizing and organizing notes from conversation conversations, even ones that I didn’t think were particularly noteworthy. I am suddenly grateful that it took the notes and summarize things for me.

Well, everything is great except the customer service which ended up being all right. Just initially was a little sour.
Never miss a thing
I got the plaud note at a conference back in March and I absolutely love it. For instance sometimes I use it for diary entries on my founder journey and other times I use it to remember things. Those are my two unique use cases other than meeting notes and doctor visits.
There are things on my wish list for plaud like better integrations with AI maybe even a superhuman plugin wink wink. I would also love to be able to see the words as they are pulled in but not necessary.
Overall I love it and can’t wait to see where they go next. I have the unlimited plan and it is definitely worth it

Great time saver
It’s a great time saver when you’re in a meeting and you could just record the meeting instead of having to focus on making notes and then after you get a summary which is a terrific
