Excellent AI Note-Taking Assistant
The audio quality is very good, and the AI generated summaries are surprisingly accurate, even for engineering topics. Setup was straightforward, and the structured notes and mind maps are very useful. Looking forward to using it for lectures, research, and meetings.
Quickly indispensable
I only bought this two weeks ago and it’s already indispensable. I attend webinars to keep up date with regulation and tech Plaud is a real time saver taking accurate notes with no effort. I can concentrate on what is being said.

User friendly
Although it makes me nervous that this device records everything, it really is nice at a big conference- I compared my notes with the generated ones and they were very similar and ai liked the added features to add pictures and media etc.

I love being able to let plaude record and just focus on the meeting but many apps/ tools can do that. What Plaude does that is special is having so many templates for the types of meetings you might have. Special tool that has given me insight and hours back!

In my opinion this is a product that could easily sell at 10X the price and still the user will be happy on they find the hidden values.
A must have resource
Plaud is an amazing asset for enabling me to focus more on meeting discussions than trying to legibly capture content. It has made my work life so much more efficient and easier. I use the wrist wearable and I love it.
Good. Could be better
Enjoying using Plaud, and it does a terrific job memorializing meetings. It’s exactly what I have needed. However, one annoying aspect is that they chose a proprietary magnetic charger instead of a standard USB port. I suspect they did this to miniaturize the device itself, but when you slip it into the case, which is needed to take advantage of the MagSafe connector, it’s as thick as other AI assistant devices that use USB-C charging. The result is that whenever you go somewhere, you have to make sure you have that proprietary cable otherwise your device could die, and you have no way of using it. To me, this is a big deal. It’s already happened once to me.

I will have to say this has been a life saver. This is helped me organize my work and deliver amazing status reports. And i cannot say enough about their support. It wasn’t a bot that just tried to troubleshoot my issue…when the AI generated responses couldn’t help, actual people stepped in. It didn’t take hours of fighting with the online chat, it was quick, I uploaded information they requested and I had a resolution well under 24 hours. Thank you Plaud!!
