Doesn’t work and zero support
About to take a trip to Disneyworld. Put this on my daughter’s device so she could play in line. Tried to sign her up for an account. It says the parent needs to approve, so it sent me an email, which I approved. She tries to log in and AGAIN it says I need to approve and sends an email. Round and round we go with no apparent way for her to actually use the app. I loin for somewhere to get tech support so she can actually use this in the park, but there doesn’t seem to be any contact info for help. Disney needs to do better, and I hope this doesn’t portend more problems with all the tech that now seems to be required for a Disneyworld trip.

I really like it a lot but for some reason a few years after I played with Play Disney Parks, it deleted my achievements my progress and even my account. Can someone help? But seriously I love this game and could play it forever. Thanks!
Won’t work for iPhone 17pro
Apple not allow you to add any additional players for iPhone 17 Pro I have reached out to Disney numerous times with no response. This drastically reduced my user experience, not being able to play games while in ride as advertised.

I love this app
The play disney parks app is wonderful and has brought me lots of joy when playing it. Unfortunately I discovered it a bit later than most and once I realized it existed, the updates were already really done. They basically discontinued it. I have completed almost every in-park achievement possible besides a few that won’t register/work for me sadly. There is no support I can find online for the app due to it not being updated much anymore but it has been fun while it lasted. Wish I discovered it sooner 🥲 Thank you Disney.

many tasks can’t be completed - no support
The Datapad game in Galaxy’s Edge has many tasks that cannot be completed. Some interactions have been removed; others simply don’t work; scan tags have become lost or damaged; and the one competitive aspect of the game requires too many players for either side to win. It’s very frustrating that none of this info is provided upfront, essentially leading players to waste their park time chasing unobtainable achievements. Very disappointing.

Pretty good app
Since I can’t go to the Disney land resort, I decided to re-download this app, but the only thing that I am sort of frustrated with is some of the games don’t work with voiceover. I mean, this should be an app where all can be included in playing.
it’s ok
it’s ok just because sometimes it doesn’t track your location and then I go on a ride. It doesn’t mark it but other than that it’s a pretty good app and it does all the things you need to. You can play games that also sometimes don’t work depending on your cell service but overall I think it’s a good app if you’re bored and waiting in line at Disneyland.
