Can’t get to a customer service!

Absolutely ridicules that I need to pay extra in order to get in touch with service people to repair sensor in my dryer ( 3 years warranty) .
I’m new in this country and the system is absolutely terrible if comes accommodate customers.
We are going to rethink of investing in this company.
