Chciałem se kupić internet doładowałem konto na 30 zł ściąga mi 0,02 zł i nie da Internetu dorzucił jeszcze 5 zł i że nie ma Internetu mam jakiś roaming choć normalnie kupuję 30gb za 30 zł na 30 dni
Waste of time
Can’t even do simple things correctly. Keeps asking for EU ID number, you can put in PESEL, nip, passport, and it rejects them all. Useless, what’s the point of this if I have to go to the store anyway just to do simple things.

Nie mogę otworzyć faktur. System wymaga daty ważności dowodu osobistego do weryfikacji. Mój dowód jest bezterminowy.
Utter rubbish
Can’t even register using my service number. I don’t have Play mobile number as I only have tv+internet from Play. I am able to log in to “moje usługi” in the browser using my service number but not to this app.

Absolutely ridicules that I need to pay extra in order to get in touch with service people to repair sensor in my dryer ( 3 years warranty) .

Worst app ever I cannot figure out what plan I have how to extend my number or this gonna be expired soon is all the time digging and finding up for hours in the app

Jak na taką niby dużą firmę z aspiracjami i wręcz europejskim podejściem do klienta to normalnie żenada jak ciężko wszytko działa ile się człowiek musi namęczyć żeby przenieść zwykłą eSIM a i tak na koniec mu się to nie uda bo przecież trzeba milion płotków przed klientem postawić żeby aby wszytko utrudnić 🤦♂️
