I am not able to submit my application. According to them, it is due to my internet connection problem, but I doubt it because in other applications that requires internet, our net is fast

Been using this for Grab, and Priceloq. Now both are no longer available. And FoodPanda no longer have low amounts as well. Not sure if I’ll be using this again.

Worst Customer Service
Don’t even bother installing this app. If I could give a 0 rating, I would. I have requested for account deletion and most of emails I’ve got are canned responses. The agent who got my email is a troll. You can’t trust this app’s privacy claims. DON’T INSTALL THIS APP!

Their loan offers are not always available. There are times that it will take 3 days for it to be available again. Not reliable and not recommended for emergency.

Tried ti apply for 10 minutes only to find out they will reject me what a shame? Didn’t a reason!

I really love your application. However, because of your software update I am no longer able to access the application to make a payment which will lead to a late payment. I already reach your repayments team, I hope won’t be penalize for this because i own iphone 6 and not possible to have IOS 13.
App is not fair! They updated to IOS 13.0!
Been using this app for a while. My credit limit increase coz I pay my bill ontime but due to update made for IOS device, IM unable to use the Service and require to update the app to the latests one but IM using IPhone 6plus, the IOS update is onLy until 12.5.5 . I dont have plan yet to buy a new phone just to update this app. Im not Happy. I uninstall the app already.

It was good while it lasted
One of the pioneer users of the app, back then they would only offer CliQQ 100 without interest now they have a diverse range of products, unfortunately due to recent developments, i.e, Credit Limit decrease 5k to 2.5k without any warnings and a whopping 7% service charge for ALL CliQQ vouchers, before there were none.
Leaving the app for good unless they go back to their 0% service charge for CliQQ vouchers, anyways, it was good while it lasted. I will be getting my CliQQ Vouchers from Gifted.Ph instead as there is ZERO service charge.

Customer Support Is very slow
Been sending mutliple emails regarding a code not working, it took me weeks and until now no update, the loan is now due and is asking me to pay a load i did not use.
Vouchers not working

App crashes everytime OTP is being generated. Not sure if my phone isnt conpatible with the app. Im using iphone 12promax.
