My vehicle is active and for some reason this app stopped logging my trips from April of this year, through today.
This used to be a pay as you go service. Will no longer be using this app.
I will not tolerate a random $200 charge because your system fails to process trips in real time.

Vehicle years only go yo 2021
Downloaded app for a trip. Tried entering my vehicle but it will not allow me to enter the correct year. Now I am afraid it will not work and I will be out the prepaid amount on the app.
What’s the point?
You pay a 15% surcharge to be charged the same toll you’d pay without registration.
App Needs Major Update
Got everything entered up to my vehicle info & it only goes to 2021??? Hello it’s 2025!!! My make of Ford also wasn’t listed. So how am I supposed to use the app now??
Does not answer the phone
When you call the company you get no answer what so ever. Does not matter how many times you call. It rings, you hear music, sounds like someone picked up and then silence.

The cost is getting ridiculous
Been using this app for years and it’s worked really well. However my complaint is more about the cost of these toll roads now. Using 130/45 outside of Austin is getting ridiculous. If I go from the Airport to Round Rock or Wells Branch and back it’s close to a $20 round trip. If they brought these toll road prices down there would be a lot less traffic on I-35 which was the whole point to building the toll road in the first place.
The app itself works well though. I like that I can use it and the funds are taken out the next day from my debit card. There’s no minimum purchase or balance that needs to be used by the end of the billing cycle. Instead it’s a pay as you use.

Very slow processing!
Started at 7 am to get this app to work but apparently it takes up to 24 hours to be active - Oklahoma will be far in our rear view mirror before I can use this for tolling sometime tomorrow - in the meantime need exact change if you stop for gas - no credit cards - a very frustrating experience
SCAM!!! Doesn’t pay tolls!
This app does not do what it says. I used express lane with confidence knowing I had the app and tolls would be paid. A month later I get a bill for tolls plus penalties. I do as the app instructs and immediately send the information via email. That was February. We are now mid May and tolls still haven’t been paid. Avoid the headaches and hassles. Avoid this app!!!

Pike pass is better
Recently new to Oklahoma and did not realize you only need one system or the other. PlusPass is way more expensive than getting a Pikepass. And if you accidentally get both they charge you for both. And the PlusPass is more than double charges of a Pikepass.

Ask for Credit card. But you have to go in to a store and pay it. stupid
Taking a picture
I get to the part where it has you take a picture of your license plate and this application does not let me take a picture or even let me access photos to upload one.
Wonky Camera and Inactive buttons
I was unable to set up the app to use in leu of cash on a trip because the camera was so odd and the buttons to indicate type of vehicle were not active.
So Easy!
This app is awesome! I connected my payment method and it pays the tolls. Easy and worry free. I get notifications anytime I use it.

Poorly designed app
There are a number of issues with this app. The most glaring one is the fact that I added a valid payment method and it says my payment failed. Thinking something was wrong with my card, I tried adding it to other accounts and guess what, it works. It’s just this app that’s having issues. Now I have to worry about my car being suspended for an issue that’s Plus Pass’ fault. Do better.

No good
Couldn’t even add a payment method, at least I thought I couldn’t. When I went to cancel my PayPal billing agreement, theirs appeared simply as “Glenn”. I deactivated it, uninstalled the app, and I will be moving on with my life without this amateur app.
I love PToll!
The PToll App has made my life really easy. Last year, I had some toll bills that got lost in a pile of mail and I ended up having to pay some crazy toll fees. A friend recommended PToll and it has been smooth sailing ever since! It was easy to set up and now I get a message every once in a while about a minimal fee that I'm paying to a toll that I've already forgotten about. I am saving so much money, not to mention saving on the headaches and stress of having to find the paperwork, find a stamp, write a check, and mail it within the correct time frame. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to simplify their life.

Can’t add multiple vehicles
It has the option for 4 vehicles but the app closes out when I try to add a second. Could only successfully add one car.
Txtag is better
Why pay a fee and full toll. Just get txtag and fill it up as you wish.
