Technical error not resolved for several weeks now

This was a very beneficial app to purchase gift cards of several brands. But of late, due to some technical error, I am unable to purchase any of the brand gift cards.
It throws up a message stating ‘ we are facing issues with the app and pls try again later’. This has been the status for more than several weeks now.

I have emailed their customer care several times but all in vain.

No point of this app now when their core business is only not working.

Not able to set up UPI

Also complained using email about same and they replied that executive will call you but no call received. Been 3 days already.

Unable to set UPI

I’m unable to set UPI, already raised query 3 times, and everytime they sent mail claiming that we will call you, but I never got any call from customer executive. Very very poor customer service, no any helpline number, customer support chat is not really supportive.

Without setting UPI, I can’t even get cashback in my account.

No option for zero star rating

I spent 9k in gift cards and I am unable to redeem it now. When I try to login to customer support portal. It says that I cannot authorise that page.

Worst customer care experience

This app have worst customer service which focus on closing tickets without resolving the issues. I am not able to setup upi from many days and they didn’t helped and other payment options are not available

I could never register the upi, always saying that under maintenance. What’s the point of this app?

Great discounts!! But..

The discounts are great and the app interface is super cool but the only problem is it doesn’t have a search option. Everytime when you’re trying to buy a voucher you need to scroll through all the listed merchandise and it’s really annoying. It would be great if the developers add a search option to it.

Easy to use but got failure every time .

I did two transactions but both are failed and money deducted. I got my money after 4-5 hour from the customer shop in cash.

I was thinking that if i was travelling any where then how would get my money return.

Hi... I'm trying to make payment but I'm adding my upi bank it's sending an sms after flash message/class zero message appears on the screen and when i tap on dismiss then again your app redirecting me to the verification screen

World no 1 trash payment app

My money transferred is written failed in the app but from my bank app it is saying successful and there is no single way to raise a dispute 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿 lost my hard working money just for their poor development + i cant make payment while im using my esim. Trash app wish i could give 0 star

Fake app Cheating customers and Defaming customers

This Fave app is cheating customers and making false allegation like if use more than 2 transaction in day in same store they treat it suspicious transactions and hold the customers in blacklist 🥹🥹
This is called degrading customers🥲🥲
Plz Don’t use this app
don’t defame your self by just using this app
Customer service staff also very Rude and degrading customers if we send email also not responding with proper answer?
