doesnt work
i cannot log into this app, and i have to use the old, laggy version. although that laggy version atleast FUNCTIONS basic features..
Login screen is a dead end
App will not even let me log in. Enter user name and password. It acts like it’s doing something and goes right back to the login screen. No reason given, no option for support help. If I try to reset password it says no data found for my email. I know my email and password are correct because I can login through the web.

J’avais besoin trouver le website de mon école et utiliser ça, parce que PlusPortals est terrible. Repaire votre app, parce que c’est le plus mauvais app du monde.

absolutely terrible
i use this for my school and it keeps saying my user name and password dont match??? on web browser it works but it never works on this. its very terrible do not recommend.

Doesn’t work
My sons school uses plus portals and the site / login is a bit of a hassle so when i saw there was an app i thought it would save some frustration by just being always logged in and more easily accessible. Unfortunately i cant get it to log in at all, and there are no support options, just a login screen with a button that clicks, thinks and then lets you click it again but never actually logs in or goes to another page. Deleting.

Awful App
This app really needs some work. It’s so frustrating. I can no longer log in with my credentials. It just can’t find my info. Yet I can log in just fine on the website. Make it make sense. This ridiculous app is more trouble than it’s worth.

Won't open
I cannot App to open with my login information. It doesn't say anything about a password being wrong it just spins and then stops.
Update February 2026. Still cannot login on the app even though I have double and triple checked my password and username.

Frustrated
The new app does not let me even login. The login button spins and resets. I did not mind before because the old app was still accessible but now that is no longer an option. Help.
Terrible app
As a new student who used the old app, this app is horrendous. It won’t let me login no matter what I do it just loads and then glitches. The old app was far from perfect but at least it let me login to my account.
No lesson plans/ not easy to navigate
This new app is not used friendly. The old app showed parents the lesson plans which is what is done in class daily. This new app keeps parents in the dark only showing assignments.
Assignments at our school are what is graded not the teacher’s lesson plans. This feature needs to be added.

Horrible experience
Don’t like the new experience. It went backwards in terms of ease of use. Hard to find thing when you have more than one kid. It does not remember you and keeps loading. Please revert to the old one, it was way better.

Switching Students
There is an icon to switch between my 2 kids but does not work. Always stays on one kid and can’t switch to the other
