A pain worth it!

I agree that the app was a pain to try and connect but finally, it connected for me. David Kim was great to send directions which I admit were not easy to get to work. However the Pluto Square itself is wonderful! A week of kitty waste from two cats and NO odor at all! Love it.

Does not pair

There is a place to enter your WiFi username and password, but there is no way to select your litter box or to enter pairing mode. This app does not work!

App will not connect with wifi. It will stop working or responding from time to time.

App doesnโ€™t work, the litter box is awful

My app wont connect to wifi. The box takes way too long to start self clean, and because I cant connect to it, I cant set the clean time or click on clean.

WiFi connection

Pluto was very quick to try to help with the WiFi connection, but changing WiFi channels on my modem was not something I understood.. like others Iโ€™m excited to have the litter box and have the cats using it
