A pain worth it!
I agree that the app was a pain to try and connect but finally, it connected for me. David Kim was great to send directions which I admit were not easy to get to work. However the Pluto Square itself is wonderful! A week of kitty waste from two cats and NO odor at all! Love it.
Does not pair
There is a place to enter your WiFi username and password, but there is no way to select your litter box or to enter pairing mode. This app does not work!
Disappointed
App will not connect with wifi. It will stop working or responding from time to time.
App doesn’t work, the litter box is awful
My app wont connect to wifi. The box takes way too long to start self clean, and because I cant connect to it, I cant set the clean time or click on clean.
WiFi connection
Pluto was very quick to try to help with the WiFi connection, but changing WiFi channels on my modem was not something I understood.. like others I’m excited to have the litter box and have the cats using it
Bad
Able to connect to my iphone after multiple multiple tries! Not sure why it has to be that hard to connect. Open the app, press on the main button on the box for 7 sec and wait for the middle light to start blinking red prior to configuration. No explanation on what the features in app means (what does sending zero command means? What is the set time for ?)

App won’t connect
Same as the others-the app says my WiFi password is wrong and will not connect so I can’t set it up. I did just finally get the litter box after a 2.5 year wait. I just set it up but cats haven’t used it yet. I hope it works better than my older litter robot…
Disappointed
I had so much excitement and faith in the litterbox and an hugely disappointed. I am shocked to actually get my litterboxs but to be honest given this project I am not surprised to have it not work and essentially be a couple very large paper weights. Funny enough I received duplicates orders in the mail and actually refused to accept delivery on one of them because I didn't want to have to figure out how to trash those junk.

Same issue as all the other users, the app just refuses to accept the valid WiFi name and password. Please fix!!!!
