Intuitive app; great user experience

I just downloaded this app a few weeks ago and I am enjoying their new interface, very intuitive. I like how fast the app is; Nothing lags or takes forever to load like my old app did. That alone makes me actually want to use it instead of dreading it. I'm really happy with it. Definitely switching over permanently.

Cool App

Really impressed with how simple and intuitive the app feels - much easier to use than my current investing app. Hope they can add more trading features!

The “Sell All’ feature does not work properly.

When trying to sell all of a position, using the app on an iPhone, the sell all feature title or designation, disappears behind another window and it cannot be brought back in order to sell all of your position! This needs to be fixed!

Top tier ease of use

Just downloaded Plynk and I have to say… this app feels incredibly polished. The experience, design, and overall quality instantly gave me confidence in the platform. You can tell a lot of thought went into making this feel premium and trustworthy.

Only small feedback I’d give is that the App Store visuals didn’t fully capture how impressive the app actually is once you open it. The real experience inside is way better than the first impression in the store.

Excited to keep exploring this one. Great work Plynk!

Plynk App

The Plynk app looks awesome with a great user experience as well. It’s clean, easy to navigate, easy on the eyes, and doesn’t feel cluttered at all. You guys did an excellent job creating such a polished and user-friendly app.

Refuses to let me delete my account

Been trying for days to delete my account, I actively log in using my email account but when I try to delete my account under customer support they repeatedly tell me that email isn’t the email connected to my account/username. Frustrating and incredibly suspicious activity, demanding assistance with account deletion immediately!

Great App

I started with zero investment knowledge and Plynk made everything click. The new update they just dropped is really impressive, navigation feels so smooth now, everything is one tap away. I can check my portfolio, catch up on news, and discover new investments without getting lost. The charts are way clearer and I love being able to see how my accounts are doing at a glance.

Issue fixed.

The below issue was fixed and I have not had any issues since. Have never had any problems with the app until today. I check it this morning and everything worked fine, now later today I open the app and nothing happens. A white screen comes up with nothing else. No option to log in, no Face ID, just a blank white screen. I closed and restarted the app, restarted my phone, and still nothing. I did not do any app update since 10/31.

Feels misleading

Was promised a $10 credit upon signing up and linking a bank account, but after doing so there is no mention of it and no support response. Pretty disappointed.

The app has stopped working

I haven’t had any issues until recently. The app does not work at all. When you click login either the screen goes nowhere or it directs you to a blank white page

Locked

My account was locked and I was not allowed to unlock it back and I’m having a balance of $380 on the account

Error

I can’t link my bank account to the app, I switch to US Bank and now I can’t link it, not even the last Bank that I had before it says error everytime I tried, I have big money invest and now is not accessible, I already send two emails with no response. Please help.
