I have signed up for pet insurance. Worked great for about 1 week. Now I can’t sign back in it says sign in not available. Makes me sad because PM is actually a very good company. Why is this app so bad.

Blocked out completely
After downloading this app, I cannot get into my account to pay or access it through Google. It goes to a complete white screen. Customer service was no help.

This app and the website is the worst I have EVER experienced.
I was unable to make any kind of change to my policy including payment method or payment date
They have no weekend hours for support and are limited to 8:00am - 5:00pm CST

Only works the first time used. The second attempt ends by app failure and the third time with credentials being denied.
No feedback on signup error
This is one of the worst apps I have tried to use. I followed all the directions to signup but it comes with a generic error without telling me which field was filled in error. So I couldn’t proceed despite many tries
Don’t Waste your Time
I downloaded it despite the negative reviews but ended up deleting it immediately. Even basic functions like logging in is too much for this app to handle. Makes me suspicious of the company. They must not care about their reputation and that’s why none of these negative but honest reviews have been responded to by a public relations rep from the company.

Discouraged
I just signed up for coverage, created an account and made the first payment. Now I can’t even get into the account in the App or on the website. The website even says that I successfully created an account. I don’t even get any emails for account recovery methods??? As much as these companies update their stuff, the more they waste our time with recovery efforts!!

App is functional, intuitive, and works well
I was able to logon, view details about my pet’s policy, and submit a claim and form.

App won’t open
I just downloaded the app from the Apple App Store to my iPhone 15. When I click on it, it starts to open and then automatically closes. I deleted the app and downloaded again, with the same result. Same issue on my iPad. Both devices are on the most current operating system. It’s worthless if you can’t even open it.

Just download the latest update. App will not load now.

App and website are trash. Try to submit claims on multiple devices the submit button never works absolute trash fix your stuff
Can’t view claims
Whenever I try to view my claims it glitches and won’t open my claims list. Meanwhile, the website gives me an error message when I try to view my claim. This app is very glitchy.
