Unusable
Can’t even log into the app. When I try to enter my number it keeps saying “you do not have permission to access this app” even though it is exactly the same number I gave the valet, so I’m forced to keep my browser tab open and make sure I can request my car, otherwise I have to go back to the link sent by message everysingle time. Fix your app.

Won’t Allow New Signups
SCENARIO: You park in a spot. You need to go about your day. You see you need to download this app in order to pay for the spot. Won’t accept a phone number or email despite saying that’s what you need to do to create an account and pay them (see other reviews saying the same thing).
QUESTION: do you stay parked and not pay? (RESULT: PMC gets paid by your ticket.) Do you drive somewhere else in town to park and use up critical time or keep spending time trying to get an app to work? (RESULT: PMC keeps getting paid anyways by parking lot owner and techs don’t have to do any work, but parking lot looses a parking client (me) while PMC still collects a check from them regardless.)
UNFAVORABLE SOLUTION: never park in that lot and find a lot run by a different app client elsewhere. RESULT: more time wasted on my end and parking lot owner loses what would have been a regular client, yet PMC continues to get a service fee from them and doesn’t have to use any of it to get a tech to fix onboarding. RESULT: PMC owner can keep floating on his yacht with endless passive cash flow while society slowly erodes across the realm.

Key scrubs
Update the key scrub app it’s messing things up way too much frequently.
I work for PMC & hate this app
It never saves vehicle damage surveys, takes ages to load if you try to take pictures for the VDS, and is a terrible app:) it also is not reliable when sending notifications that a guest requested their vehicle.
Key scanning
The key scanning barely works anymore, there should be a toggle for camera flash for better visibility for the scanning
Worthless
App claims to allow registration either by entering your phone number or your email address. Tried multiple times this morning and the process does not work. Even tried deleting and re-downloading the app. The app just keeps generating the error message “Failed to start authentication”. Need to park now. Not helpful at all. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

We had clients from Norway and when I change the phone info to +47 it and save it it will update the number to +1 app would not work with their phone

If you’re looking for the worst Valet app look no further this one quite literally can’t be any worse. If I could give it -10 stars I would also if you’re looking to work for Pmc and they use this app just trust me don’t work for them. Don’t trust PMC they are a terrible company.
Communications
I feel as though it is stupid that we cannot text or call the guests through the app. Should not have to use my personal phone number or talk to the front desk to call a guest about their vehicle.

frustrating
This app's most recent update has made it so it sends no notifications whatsoever, and through much troubleshooting, I have found no fix. I'm not even the only person at my site with this issue; the app doesn't have notification options in the settings even.
Needs major improvement
Wish there was an option to just take 1 video around the car as the survey rather than clicking on parts of the car and taking pics one by one. Should also be an option to send a ping to guests when the checkout time is approaching to avoid late fee
We need to be able to input international numbers
Recently I’ve had a lot of people stay at our hotel with international number and the app doesn’t work for those we should change that. Oh also not being able to change daily’s to overnights is dumb
PMC app
Self parking app is terrible & it’s impossible to create a profile for simplifying future use as you never get the code they’re supposed to text you so you can’t get past login page. Must be nice to have a monopoly with no other options to pay for parking!
Terrible scam
Avoid at all cost. Don’t even pay them. They don’t help, don’t answer. Bad service.

Does this app even work?
Tried to download 7 times now- app offers no way to register as a new user/new account. It just keeps assuming I know my code to log in even though I’ve never downloaded or used this app before.
