This is the worst bank and worst app .. whenever i want to check my transactions ,it says -There was an error processing your request. Please try again later. if we have to visit bank for statements then why u have made this app… WORST
Not all functionalities are available
There are many functionality like transfer fund and pay to a person are not available.

Which world are we in? This app is not at all user friendly. It has very limited functionality.

This is a quick and fast app. Not full of options but yet work as balance verifier. I like it.
Getting better but still needs work to do
The app is getting better but still needs lots of work to do on following:
- For Bonanza accounts, it needs to show the total balance on the Bonanza account in lieu of balance in Savings account . It used to show it before merger but not anymore. There is no other way to check my total balance and I have to call the be or wit for the text msg.
- Should show the Rate of interest O am getting on my term deposits.

The app is great. However, had there been the ability to view the PPF Account statement, I would have given 5 stars.
How can I see my pension details?
When I down loaded this app and started, I could see my pension details but later on this information is not shown. It directly goes to transaction account.

No print/save functionality
Email option does not work and no option to save or print the downloaded statement.

PNB needs to improve it further, else it’s an app for retired citizens just to check balance and see statement .

Basic but good.
Would be great if they start allowing transactions, of course with the right safeguards.
