All of a sudden, this app is wanting me to redo all my credentials is kind of ticking me off, plus I have to redo all my medication’s
Severely lacking
This app will not list the medications that are currently waiting for pick up or pending pick up. I get text messages that my prescription is ready, but I don’t know which one and it doesn’t tell me.

WAY Too Many Issues
This thing is just awful. I need to re-choose my pharmacy every time. Most times it won’t take my refill requests for some reason or another. I call the pharmacy and use their automated system, works 1st time.

All prescriptions ordered don’t go through!
I have had several times when I reordered 2 or 3 different prescriptions and only one gets ordered.
The app says 3 prescriptions are being sent to the pharmacy, but not all go through. Frustrating!

Disappointed now
I have loved the app. But the last couple of prescriptions I have ordered on this app didn’t get to my pharmacist at Michael’s RX corner in Lovington nm. So I have to call now and make sure they refill my prescription.
Rx deletion
Generally great app, but need to add the ability to remove old Rxs easily

Convenient, friendly, I really could go on how great COMMUNITY PHARMACY has treated me and my family over the past 25 years. Highly recommend over any chain pharmacy, such as Walgreens, etc.
Needs work
This app needs work. It doesn’t seem to work with Apple passwords. I had to generate a password and from the password app, but that wasn’t sufficient. I had to add an additional special character to the generated password to be accepted. Then adding a medication was problematic. I entered the number wrong, but couldn’t easily find a way to correct it or delete it. I scanned the barcode next and this didn’t work either. It was rejected when it was submitted. I finally did find a way to modify the number and add a leading zero and remove a trailing zero. I hit the resubmit button and it displayed the same error. I backed out and tried again. This time it worked, but looked like I had submitted it twice. It needs work.

Site colors
The yellow color on this site makes it very hard to read, especially for older persons. I like to use this site to order my refills, but trying to see the words through the yellow makes it harder to change the RX# when needed.
Simple and Easy to Use, though it sometimes flakes out
This app works well with my pharmacy and makes it easy for me to keep track of my prescriptions and submit refill requests. It is designed simply and is easy yo use. However, the app is a bit unreliable and sometimes just doesn’t work. But it’s good when it is up and running.

Why are there not dates of last refills? Would make this process so much easier

This is the worst app that i have ever used! EVERYTHING IS DIFFICULT if it even works at all!!
Needs Improvement
I can’t figure out what this app does. It doesn’t manage your prescriptions unless you input them, but even then it doesn’t give any option to refill or see any information on them.

If I could give it negative stars I would, everytime I try to refill something I always get the same big red X saying they can’t reach my pharmacy

Love the app. Which it told us somewhere in the app or the email what medicine we submitted for refill

This is a great way to communicate with my pharmacy. Much better than previous pharmacy I no longer use.
