Can’t even cash out
I’m trying to cash out what little I have earned for as long as I had it and still haven’t even reached $10. Trying to verify and it keeps saying lighting or blurry which is a lie I’m sitting in a light area and the picture was not blurry. It’s as if it doesn’t want me to cash out my $3.21 like come on shouldn’t have to go through all that for a measly $3. Points are terrible you want someone to ask a ton of questions for 5 points sitting there asking the same questions over and over reason I deleted it

Ridiculous requirements for redeeming rewards
I was enjoying this app until I decided to try to redeem for a gift card. Most apps require you to use your email or phone to verify your identity. This app wants your full name, address, photo of your ID or passport, and facial recognition. Absolutely intrusive and ridiculous. Will be deleting the app. Glad I tried before I earned a lot of rewards. They also continually offer “video surveys” for points. I have no desire to do video surveys when other apps are done with regular surveys.

Poor customer service
Almost every game I play a game it will give me points at first then stop. I contact customer service to prove the points I earn and they always give me the run around. I’m sick of this useless app. As soon as I get to $3 to cash out because I’m close, I am deleting.
