I love customer service they did great I made a mistake. I cashed out for a gift card when I wanted to go to my PayPal. I contacted customer service and within a day the problem is fixed. Even though I was the problem, they still fixed it for me. !!!!

So I’ve been playing games on this app for probably 6 months now and I’ve noticed nearly 2/3 of the games refuse to give you the rewards. You think contact customer service, mmk BUT customer service only acknowledges one of the rewards per game. ONE. Not all the work you’ve done but ONE of your choice. So you spent a couple of weeks maybe even months and you get jack for your effort. I’m looking at different apps at this point. The rewards usually stop at 125 or 150 lvl. I’ve complained multiple times and every time it’s the same response. IMO they’re doing it on purpose bc what kind of developer doesn’t notice or acknowledge such an extreme BUG. Ridiculous.

SLOW CASH OUT/NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
ok so actually liked this app at first bc you can really earn some money for playing games but after playing consistently for the past month my mind has completely changed. my main issue is that the app says “instant cash out” to PayPal or gift card. That’s just a flat out lie. Every time you cash out it’s almost ALWAYS “pending review” for 1-3 business days. It doesn’t matter if you verify identity or a repeat customer. The second and most important is customer is NONEXISTENT. They tell you to submit a ticket which all it does is send an email. Once you do that do not expect to receive a response. I have gone 9 emails to customer service without receiving a response. I’d avoid the app at all costs.

I gotta say I was skeptical at first but I have cashed out $20.23 just from scanning receipts, location rewards, email receipts and playing games. Takes a bit to get to the 5,000 to cash out $5 (in inpatient and cash out at $5 you can go longer) I’m totally keeping this

Stopped Working
It used to work. Game points used to track. Recently it stopped tracking game points and won't direct you to download the new games. Kind of ruins the app.

They ask to many personal questions. Income and who’s living in my home and who I bank with. Deleting this app . There’s no reason besides scammers asking them type of questions.

I’ve diligently played Fish of Fortune to earn the different tiers of points. But not only did I have to email support to get my points owed, but now I can’t cashout at all. Now I’m getting the “Verify your cash out. Action required to receive cash out” message, but it doesn’t say WHAT ACTION is required.🤔
Emailed pogo again only to get the “I have escalated your request to management for further review of the situation and your account. Please allow 1-3 business days for their update” message multiple times.
Nothing has changed and I initiated my cashout over 2 WEEKS AGO. And now, they removed Fish of Fortune under the “My Games” tab.
Reading all of the one star reviews, I see that the developer just responds with a generic bs message. I will be deleting this stupid scam of an app asap!

Used to be good
I used to absolutely love this app! I made decent money, may have taken some time but not nearly as long as other apps. My only complaint is the fact that they want so much of your personal information just to cash out. I am not submitting a picture of my drivers license! It was never like this before, cashing out was so easy. If this doesn’t change soon, I’m deleting.

Invasion of privacy
I have used the Provo app for years with no problems today I went to redeem my points and was advised I would need to provide biometric data to verify. I am a human being pogo now wants access to your drivers license, state ID passport or visa to verify your human being. I deleted the app immediately and advise others to do the same.

Can’t even cash out
I’m trying to cash out what little I have earned for as long as I had it and still haven’t even reached $10. Trying to verify and it keeps saying lighting or blurry which is a lie I’m sitting in a light area and the picture was not blurry. It’s as if it doesn’t want me to cash out my $3.21 like come on shouldn’t have to go through all that for a measly $3. Points are terrible you want someone to ask a ton of questions for 5 points sitting there asking the same questions over and over reason I deleted it
