Changed cash out process
We have to provide a picture of our drivers license to cash out to PayPal now? Very annoying. Not happy with the change. Will be deleting app now
Not better than fetch
This app is way too overrated. It is not better than Fetch. The payouts on Pogo are not better than Fetch. When I try to upload receipts on Pogo I get error messages the date is not visible the merchant is not listed. My receipts have the date, the merchant listed the amount spent as well as the items purchased. I’ve been using Fetch for over 5 years never a problem getting points for my receipts. There is always an issue with Pogo. It’s not worth the hassle. Will delete when I’ve reached my next cash out limit. Pogo customer service is a JOKE!!!

I gave 4 stars because I haven’t tried to cash out yet but I really like the game and surveys on pogo so I hope the cash out process is as good as the game.
Earn for using TikTok YouTube ect
I have looked everywhere for how to earn every day using the apps. I use YouTube TikTok instagram ect. It is nowhere to be found on pogo could. You please add it to the pogo app 7/21/2026 4:23 EDT US
So easy
So far, it’s been really easy to earn points. Those points do not equal much cash but over time I’m hoping to see the worth.

It was better when I didn’t have to constantly skip through Video Survey offers. Extremely annoying now.

Love the app but the surveys are inconsistent
I’ve completed many surveys when at the end, where I’ve completed all the questions, no points are awarded. I just spent 15-20 minutes completing a JD Power survey. The survey was verified complete then next screen just went blank. The Pogo logo was on that page. Of course, I waited a while and then had to exit the screen. No points awarded. I’ve contacted Pogo about this before and apparently you have to go through the survey company with these issues. I don’t always pay attention to who the survey is with. It’s disheartening to give up my time for free.

Great app, slow progress and terrible cash out options
Just finally hit $10 in points and I wanted to width draw to my Venmo account and now I don’t have that option. I want that option back. People don’t really use PayPal a lot and transferring to Amazon takes a whole day cuz it has to acknowledge the app it’s transferring from.
Started pogo
I just started Pogo, I really like it! It’s much different than all the other apps I tried. Try it.
Complete garbage.
I have played games on Fetch and usually play on Inbox Dollars. But I decided to give Pogo a shot with games and downloaded a game i liked, got hooked on it,spent about $50 on the game and they stopped tracking it. I write to them and said hey it’s not tracking. Send my proof and pogo replies with I violated their terms, but won’t tell me what terms I violated!! THEY TOLD ME TO READ THEIR USER AGREEMENT AND THEIR TERMS AND FIGURE OUT MYSELF ! And they just said we’re gonna deactivate your account instead of paying me. I downloaded about seven games and I noticed all of them install and you play for a little bit….and you can complete the first few missions and then they turn off your tracking for the game or deactivate you from the game. But you can download another game and it tracks and then guess what … you don’t pay attention and you go look at the points and you notice it stopped tracking a few missions ago . Complete garbage don’t waste your time. Inbox Dollars is the best customer service that I’ve dealt and while all seven of Pogo games stop tracking it’s very rare on inbox dollars. I And as long as you give them the proof they give you the money.

Love it! Easy to use!
App problems
The whole time I had this app I had nothing but problems, accounts not link also not getting points. Different associates had me delete accounts and then relink had to do this once for all retail accounts linked. I had to delete and relink email about 7 times. Then told to delete pogo app and reinstall, when I did this had to relink all accounts again. You have to disable VPN and privacy relay and add blocker and have location on always. Very disappointed with this app. I gave 2 stars because because out of several associates one did their best to help Sherry.

Poor customer service
Almost every game I play a game it will give me points at first then stop. I contact customer service to prove the points I earn and they always give me the run around. I’m sick of this useless app. As soon as I get to $3 to cash out because I’m close, I am deleting.
