Needs update will not work on iOS 11 can not use at all until update made available otherwise best software I have had I love it
Useless if offline
Need to be connected all the time, cannot be used offline. Their server is veeeery slow!
Business APP
This is a business app and not a toy as one reviewer was wondering. If you have a mobile business or use your ipad as a register, you can buy a swiper for credit cards and attach it. It can I believe also be hooked up to a receipt printer as well. It will email the receipt to your customer. I enjoyed it, it can be extremely valuable for those who need to give receipts and is a good tool for keeping track of inventory. Hope this helps!

This system has so much potential... It is so slow and that is under demo mode using wifi.
Not a stand-alone app
This app requires you to log into the developer's website to use it. That has security implications for business apps. It does not work directly on the iPad
Fix for iOS6
There has been plenty of time to get this app fixed for ios6 including all the time it has been a developer only beta. Please fix ASAP so that we can continue to use your software and services in our business!
App not working
I own a little business and the till has worked every day since I updated the apple software and now ever since then it comes when I sign in connection error occurred I've tried making new accounts still coming up connection error occurred what is the problem ????
Great product
I absolutely love this product and don't knowhow o ever coped before i had downloaded it. I own a small coffee shop thing once a week, and is great for this purpose, would sefinately recommend it
A good start to what could be an awesome App
I've rated this application three stars and to be honest I do feel guilty about that. Don't get me wrong this is well designed and runs smoothly. "So why three stars?" I hear you cry.
Quite simply I do not feel this is a fully devolved product and lacks some simple features which is stopping me using this product.
Multiple payments - it doesn't happen that often but there's always one customer who will want to pay some cash and some card. That facility isn't available without splitting up the transaction.
Back office functions - you can currently customise a whole host of comprehensive back office features by clicking InApp links to the website. You can customise pretty much everything, including but not limited to stock control, client set up, stock control, POS terminal set up. I couldn't really find anything that was missed out. Only problem is it's very slow to use and not very user friendly. Many of these features could easily be added to the App itself. From the App you can set up customers and new products however can not set up even half the features for them as you can on the website. I would like to have full stock control available from the App. More work needed in this area of the App.
Searching customers by customer numbers - would be handy if your regular customer could provide their customer account number rather than having to search for them by name.
Barcode scanner - when I trialled the bar code scanner it read the number fine but then just hangs on the scan picture not selecting the product. I suspect this is just a bug.
Change user - this needs to be simplified. To long winded for any busy business. A icon login for each user so they can select their icon and then a pin number to confirm identity. Or for larger companies user number and password. Remove the company I'd number for each login. This could be used on initial login to the App but not needed when switching between users.
I have not trialled with a printer or card reader as I am not going to spend out the money when I don't feel the App is ready yet.
The biggest thing I found, which the developers claim to have, is the ability to invoice a customer rather than taking a payment there and then. I have not explored whether you can customise your invoices or receipts yet but again this an essential must have.

Great App!
This app is great for a free POS! I use it all the time for working at a snack shack! Love it and I wish that I could just enter credit card by their numbers! Thanks for this app!!
Terrible
On the rare occasion that I could actually log on, I found the user interface to be less than intuitive. The conept is great, but this one needs to go back to the drawing board.

Excellent and powerful
Definitely,the most full-featured POS app out there. There is very little Erply POS can't do. The learning curve is steep, but the support is good.
