Worst customer service

The app doesn’t work consistently. It will shut down. Games don’t load. You’ll get kicked out of a game. I won a bonus round and got kicked out before I could play it. I brought it to their attention because of course after being kicked out, the game never loaded and the other “feature” games wouldn’t load either. I was told they would update me and compensate me. I’ve gotten no updates. No compensation. and no reply to my emails. Don’t waste your money on this site!

WORST CASINO APPP

Atrocious stay away. Casinos are not in players favor, but this is horrible. Played cash eruptions. You will get 5 balls every single spin and the 6th ball never drops for the bonus. 100 percent rigged, i never seen anything like it in my life

Highly doubt this is regulated enough

This casino.. wow.. I get cpu games don’t always go your way but this is horrible. I’ve never lost so many hands in a row, to a point where the odds are less then 0.3% chance of happening. It gets to a point where it’s really comedic. Oh, and if your a big casino player, they don’t take care of you, lol, at all. They may be the only sportsbook/ casino who doesn’t give bonus play for card games. So in other words, they want you to keep depositing, but you earn nothing. Reward system = horrible. Do better points bet, please don’t tell me to follow up with an email either, all you guys do is say the script to customers, it’s pathetic.

Total scam they text you and call you for a deposit match 100% but you really don’t have it and if you do they make you wager not only your bonus but your initial deposit 30x 😂😂😂 what a joke save your self from here and play else where!!

Not a great experience

I downloaded this app and literally less that 2 minutes after signing up someone from Points Bet calls me, then while I’m the phone with that person, another person from Points Bet calls me, I told them that I didn’t want to be called anymore. I then get a text immediately after the call telling me about a deposit bonus. Then less than an hour later someone else from Points Bet calls me. Later I decide to make a deposit and reached out to the live chat because I didn’t see a bonus code, he told me that I can choose from a 100% deposit match or free bets, I told him that I wanted the deposit match and he said to reach out after my deposit and they will credit me so, I did. He said he credited me but I didn’t see it so, I reach out again, and the other person said that I was given the free bets and they didn’t give a casino deposit match. I don’t do sports betting and don’t even know how. I told him that I wasn’t told that I couldn’t use it on the casino, he apologized for the inconvenience but there was nothing he could do. Overall, it was a pretty negative experience.

Avoid

You can lose $500 in 30 min playing VIDEO POKER betting 2 cents a hand. Nothing deals / results in a win above your wager. Play the exact same game on another site then play this one (CAREFULLY WITH VERY LITTLE $) and you’ll see it immediately.

Lost my Withdrawl

It’s been a month now and still have no idea where my Withdrawl went. Sent it to the wrong bank account and apparently after a month still haven’t gotten it back even though my bank never received anything. Crazy how they had no issue using my account when I was depositing money. Total garbage. Customer service is a joke.

Can’t Win Here!!!

If you want the chance to win anything at all play elsewhere!!! Also, there casino promotions are awful and very far and few between. I unfortunately have spent a lot of money on this site and anytime I have ever inquired about receiving a small amount of casino credit I have been denied. A lot of other sites will award players this, especially ones who have played as much money as I have. Small piece of advise…TURN BACK NOW!!!

STAY AWAY FROM CASINO!

The WORST online casino out there. Yes, odds are against you with every casino. However, this is absolutely ridiculous. Glad I was playing lower denominations as my money would’ve went even quicker. Awaiting results from my bets and then moving my money to ANY other site but this one. If I could give 0 stars, that would be the most appropriate rating.

Not only is the app buggy and inconsistent, but you will never hit a bonus let alone win any money. Mine as well just throw your money in the garbage if you try to win using this app.

This app is for you if you like losing money

ILast time I played I would have 1819/20 facing a 4/5/6 and last time 9/10 they would force a push or straight up lose.
It gets to the point you know what the next card or under card will be….. 12 against an 8 you’ll get a 5 or a 10 and lose to 18….. think your gonna push, nope dealer has an Ace in the hole. And coincidentally everytime you put the last of your money up dealer always pulls a black Jack

Absolutely Trash! Did not even receive my initial deposit offer!

Put money in instantly with PayPal with a bonus code to receive a 100% bonus offer. Offer was not received, contacted support who at best I hope whoever I was speaking with just did not speak English. I kept screenshots for good humor in the future… Absolute nightmare of a site. Will be patiently waiting for my deposit back now for days hoping they do not mess this up. Instant deposits, withdrawals they hold your money for 2 or more days (even know I used PayPal to deposit & withdrawal). Avoid site at all costs! Several other much more popular options (at least I know for NJ), I’ve had great experiences with. PokerStars, MGM, and Caesar’s. I’d say PokerStars for both casino and poker wins. Best deposit bonuses, instant withdrawals. Amazing customer service. But take your pick (anything will top the garbage that “PointsBet” is).
