The bowls are good. Don’t get me wrong but the soup they advertise with Tofu and scallions is not at all as shown on the description / photo on wall
So I asked manager to add more tofu… he said they can ONLY put 3 pieces in the soup.
I asked for more to match photo as advertised and he said it was $2.50
It was ridiculous and he could have cared less. I was very disappointed and they should show picture as they Actually serve - small container with only 3 pieces of Tofu.
Wish customer service was more caring- and not such Robots
And management make the soup as advertised or only charge
1.00 to add a few more tofu pieces. Jeez!!!

A joke
This app barely works. It only lets you order from one location in Texas. How would that work for me? Entering your address is impossible due to the horrible functionality of the way the application behaves as a whole. This app is unfunctional and should be taken down immediately for it is an embarrassment to your store, back to the drawing board, my 2 year old niece could code better

Worst food app
This is the worst food app I have ever downloaded. I will delete it right after I write this review. What’s wrong with it? Main issue - after creating an account, I cannot enter my address in the address book. And therefore, I cannot pick a Poke House location. The only location showing up on the list are two locations in TEXAS! So I’m done... deleting app now!

Glitch Galore
We love the restaurant and our local folks who work there but this app is unreliable. Tried to place an order during this COVID period and had to enter 4 cards and each one came back “not accepted”. Called my bank and told them not to honor any of the purchases through this APP - will pay in person and CALL THE LOCATION DIRECTLY from now on.

Not user friendly
We loved Poke House, it’s a high quality restaurant! We mistakenly thought that app was going to be the same. This app doesn’t show you your order/history, as you paid for order it pops up alert when it’s going to be ready. When you close this alert you won’t find any information about order in app. Plus, they have issues with login form.
