The new app is terrible
I frequent Erik’s often and always used the app. The old app was so great and easy to use. This new app feels like going backwards. It’s not as good of a user experience and not enjoyable to use at all.
Horrible Update and Changes
Seriously, this might be the dumbest and worst app change in the history of app changes. Like did you all come together and decide how to make the app ugly, unusable, and just all around horrible? It sucks because the app should not reflect the business. My coworkers and I love the deli near us, and this review does NOT reflect the restaurant. But to the developer team for this app, I sincerely have no clue how you guys took a decent app and completely performed THE WORST app change ever.
For those of you that don’t believe these 1 star reviews, I’ll be impressed if you can make it past the multiple login screens to even attempt to see your rewards, if they even load. This app update looks like it was made as a high school project that was done the night before the deadline.
Still unsure of the current app? This is my first ever app review because I’m literally dumbfounded how anyone thought this was a good idea! So just let that sink in for how bad this update was!

Bring back the former app
What happened? I used to be able to access my points without having to go to a separate login. This is ridiculous! Please reconsider how this affects those of us who are busy. I usually call the local deli to place my order because I ordered for a dozen people at a time. Now it’s difficult to access my points and offers.

Bad Changes to app, unusable now
The latest update is awful. You can’t find any of your reward info anymore, it makes you click through a ton of different menus and is generally just completely unfriendly. I hope the devs see this and change the app. Remember devs; KISS exists for a reason. Keep it simple!!
Points and rewards
We shouldn’t have to log into the web site to view points, rewards of “type” in bar codes to collect points. Points, rewards, and the old scanner for the receipt bar code should be available on the app. Once logged into app you should stay logged in until you opt to log out. I haven’t yet tried to order on the new app as I generally find ordering like that cumbersome. However I will try ordering and review the ordering process separately.
