Rigged!
Response from developer
We are sorry that you feel that way. Our software uses an independently verified random number generator. It produces a random shuffle before each hand. We use a static shuffle to copy real-life poker as much as possible. This means that the deck isn't reshuffled during the deal. The cards that come out are completely independent of the action at the table. The order of the cards is predetermined, which is why our software can't predict moves or favor any players. As a result, we can't generate so-called 'action flops' or biased rivers. We would like to reassure you: our shuffle software is completely random, fair and unpredictable and has been extensively tested to meet all regulatory and industry needs. As a market leader in the gaming industry, it's imperative that we set and exceed the highest standards and ensure that all of our players are subject to a fair and equitable environment. Suspicious
It’s hard not to question the fairness of the algorithm when improbable scenarios play out so often. While I understand that variance is a part of poker, the pattern here feels more than coincidental.
If you’re considering playing, proceed with caution and set strict limits to avoid frustration. The lack of transparency in how hands are dealt raises questions about whether it’s truly random or designed to favor action-heavy outcomes.
