I like to have the ability to open the charge port and change number of Amps (current). Keen to see further enhancements.

The app will often log me out, but it has gotten more consistent over the years and I love the ability to in a great app controls on phone and watch complications. The workflow capabilities are emerging.
Very user friendly
Easy to use app. Some of of widgets of the app are not usable. For example window rolling down. I wish such feature would be available . Also remote dash cam would be a great feature

Most of the time I try to use this app, I’m locked out!
I have to log back in and then have to verify via email. Very inconvenient when I just want to set climate control or make sure the car is locked.

No longer works on IOS 16 phones.
The old version was great, but forced to update to this version and it totally doesn’t work on older IOS 16 phones. Now have lost total functionality. Fix this Polestar please!!!

Predicting battery usage on journey planning.
The facility for planning a journey is poor as it only takes you to google maps app. I already have Apple Maps and waze and do not need another one which does not give me more features. If it predicted battery level at destination like many other EV car apps do, such as BMW that would make a third app beneficial

More options please
Not all data from the car to populated in the app. Functionality at times could be quite limited an example of this would be setting the temperature in the car ac. There is only one fixed option. there are some good points about the app when your car is plugged in you able to see the charging speed the downside is that your car that is generated in the app will not be the same colour .

Laggy, doesn’t unlock my car all the right, guest profile loads - nightmare! Can’t wait to get rid of this car!

Nice car pity about the poor quality of the cars radio, never seems to tune to DAB and regularly loses reception
Does not work?
I have a brand new Polestar 2. The app refuses to connect with the car. Thwarted the best minds at Polestar Australia- now waiting on the boffins in Sweden to come up with a solution.
12v battery level?
Does the app have anyway of monitoring the charge level on the 12v battery? I have heard from users it would just fail without warning. I'd like to know if the charge is low to be able to change the battery before being left stranded.
