This guide is so helpful and creative, I use the patterns for in hand work & ridden. It can be tailored to the number of poles you have and I never run out of options. You pay for the app once for access to plenty of patterns and can upgrade once to access more. Then you have free access to EVERYTHING!!

Fantastic App
Ive followed Nina’s social pages for the last couple of years now, saw that she had the Polework app and gave it a try. £3.99 for ALL of your exercises (thats right, no subscription or hidden fees!) and perhaps a further I think £3 for EVEN MORE exercises is a bargain. The app is so convenient, I can pull my phone out, decide what I want to work on that day, how many poles I have to play with and it will generate a few exercises.
I’ve also attended a clinic with Nina and she is lovely, genuine person!

Very useful app
Get so many layouts, plans and advice - great value for money. So handy to have in your pocket when laying out any pole work. Has spruced up our sessions with new ideas and layouts.
