Unable to sign in???
I’ve been using the app for years and all of a sudden this month the app has a security and certificate issue meaning I can’t log in to view my product details??? No communication as to why? It’s as if it’s just been dumped and now unsupported? Can anyone help?
No point of the app if you cannot log on
The title of this review sums it up.
Why have an app but make it so clunky it doesn’t open up? Have a product that doesn’t work but you promote it as though it does hardly instils confidence in other areas of your business.
My suggestion would be withdraw it until it works as until then all you do is simply promote disappointment and a lack of I.T. acumen.

Unable to sign-in
Customer service overall from Police Mutual and policy quality is good, however their online systems leave a lot to be desired. It’s really difficult to log-in to their online portal and log-in for the app simply won’t work at all. Too much information needed and not a simple verification method either. Too many references provided means its hard to identify which one the system is asking for. I think I’ll give the app a miss due to it being restricted and just call them when I need assistance.
