This is a garbage app- in more ways than one.
Sign in required for everything for some unknown reason, but you still can’t do anything once you sign in. It’s truly an app in search of a purpose. Just let me see when my collection days are based on my address. I shouldn’t have to prove I’m a customer for that. Just post the info on your website and save our tax money by not spending another dime on development for this garbage app.

Awful app
Will randomly log you out for no reason an WILL NOT give you the option to reset your password. I think this is because the developers of the app do not know what they are doing and overlooked adding an option for “forgot password”
Even worse than website
Complete waste. Does not provide any information on collection days
App is useless
Created an account and still was not able to use any of the features. App seems sketchy at best. Don’t even bother calling them, been waiting over a year for them to come and replace my can, after they broke it. Got tired of waiting and went to landfill to exchange it.
