This application is not convenient for use: the app doesn’t stay signed in, so if you’re out for a pleasant walk and you see a community issue like Trash or something broken, forget about your pleasant walk. you’ll be standing there signing in, which could be in the sun which makes it difficult to impossible. It has a convenient gps location feature. Not always so convenient: if you’re out in a park, I don’t think it gives accurate locations, for me it seems to give nearby street addresses in the adjacent neighborhoods. Then also, if you are out in the sun and take a picture of situation, then go to a shady spot to send your report, the gps follows you, it doesn’t hold the location where you took the picture.
Contacts to tech support haven’t been able to resolve that I still need to sign in every time I’m out and need the service.

Excellent application, easy to use, agency respond with in few hours.
Works very well
Clean and easy to use app. I hope my city gets the message and responds quickly to my pothole.
Where is the supporting documentation?
This app would easily be a 4 star app. Most of the time trying to find an address using GPS returns the neighbors address so I have to manually search for the address manually.
But worse than that, I have no idea what happens to the reports I submit. And there is no documentation. ZERO.
For these reasons I cannot recommend this app.
