At the same time, generative AI video is still a creative and iterative process. Depending on the prompt, reference materials, and scene complexity, some outputs may require prompt refinement, a few regeneration attempts, or light manual editing to achieve the best final result. We understand how frustrating glitches can be, and we’re continuously improving output quality, stability, and creative control. Please contact us through the in-app support channel with your account details and the affected videos. Pomelli uses an agentic workflow to turn your idea into a complete video: it should understand your prompt, break it down into scenes, match the right template, generate the visual/script elements, and then assemble the final output. From your feedback, it sounds like the workflow did not follow your input properly, and the template result was far below expectations.
