unable to update
tried to update today but the update just won’t fully install. deleted the app and restarted my phone to reinstall, still doesn’t work.
Glitches everywhere
I updated the app today and it keeps glitching. It keeps refreshing the page, reloading the products as I scroll down so I can’t focus on any one product, and returning me to the splash page when I attempt to view a product. Please fix.

App could be improved
Love the clothes but this app shows a loader between every single action and makes it feel really slow. They should really consider a more optimistic design and not just throw up a loader for everything. For example, there’s no need to show a loader after favoriting an item..
US Buyers BEWARE!!!
Overall I’m very disappointed with Pomelo. While ordering and shipping was quick and easy (received my items within two days). They’re advertising regarding their return policy - which is clearly stated throughout their website and app - is completely false. It states that they allow free returns for 365 days. Completely not true. You have to pay for the shipping back. You can ship to either Florida or Thailand. Both are expensive. You have no way of tracking the return other than knowing that it arrived at their center by the tracking number provided by your shipping carrier. I submitted a couple returns and after not hearing anything for two weeks after they arrived at their center I sent an inquiry. They were quick to respond but told me that it can take up to a month for a return to arrive at their facility overseas and another month to get the return processed. For clothing that can basically be bought at H&M for the same price it is really not worth the hassle. Its been almost a month since I sent the returns at this point and still nothing. US buyers beware!!!!

I rarely write any review for app! Undoubtedly I love pomelo!! When I discovered pomelo developed an app, I downloaded immediately...I don’t know if it’s just me, but the app is so slow...I wish they operate faster! Every time when I clicked in, it’s loading loading and loading....😩🐢

Bought 4 clothing items and received a free makeup bag. Delivery to my US address was quick, I think I received my things within a week. All items are excellent quality and fit very well. Check their size guide and what size the model is wearing for a better idea of how it might fit on you.
Great site... I'm shocked
The pants I bought are so beautiful, and it came in a very decent time. I'm surprised that it doesn't have more of a following. And the prices are so reasonable that I was actually skeptical 😅. But it looks great.
LOVE Pomelo!
I was at first a little hesitant to order from them online since I found it hard to find much about them, but when I placed my first order I had no regrets. Clothing came super fast, and it has a perfect fit and great material! Installed this app so I could browse their clothes with ease. Super cute clothing & this app is simple and functions well.
