Looks like an app that stayed lime it was 5 yrs ago: not intuitive and friendly at all. Ask to log on website for reservations and more

Getting worse and worse ! Disappointed and frustrated.
Fail to integrate with whichever Ponant ship while I am travelling on board, such problem getting worse and worse despite app updates. It keeps asking me to log out or log on or log in again or saying app is not connected to the the ship’s WiFi ( while I actually am) etc etc. Even if I am lucky enough to log on to the onboard WiFi, it shows little info about today’s program.
Ponant should really look into solutions and improvement !!!

Worst App
The app simply never worked. They blamed it on my iPhone but most on the ship had similar issues. Just one of many things that were lacking on this Ponant cruise.
Logout
Every time I try to log on it asks me if I want to log off. I can’t log in
Clunky and cumbersome
The Ap is not user friendly. Continually having to log in is irritating. Pls do a face scan???
It is slow and unnecessarily difficult to use.

Endless loop logging in. No support.
None of the support links work. App is full of bugs.
Major issue
The app will log me in, but I immediately logs me out, giving me no other options.
Not user friendly
I wish this app stays logged on for a whole day. This app kept asking me to logon. I have to logon numerous times everyday, every time I need to use it. Or it somehow goes back to the logon screen during the use. There is no face recognition available. One has to type the email and password every time. It’s really annoying.

Cannot get the app to work. Finally deleted and reloaded, but that didn’t help either.

Terrible
This app is very poor. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it several,times as it goes into an endless “loading data” loop at the drop,of a hat. It needs serious attention. When it is working. It isn’t particularly useful.
Almost useless
Just finished a cruise. The app works well but is not updated. The menu would show up an hour before meal if at all. If there were changes in schedule they never made it to the app.

Have been trying for 3 weeks to link my cruise leaving in 2 days. Only error messages. Online messages are ignored.
