Update broke the app
The recent update removed the dark mode visuals and introduced login errors that didn’t exist before. My credentials work fine on the website, but the app now reports them as incorrect or restricted. Please fix—this update broke the app.
Annoying
This app is so annoying it takes long to load and it’s always logging me out. When I try to put in my password it tells me it’s wrong even though it’s the correct one and when I want to reset it, it doesn’t send me the link to do so, so I always have to call costumer service to change my password. I’ve had to call like 7 times already to reset it. It’s ridiculous!!! Do better!!!!

Major improvements needed
Apps has so many bugs. I cannot use the mobile app, every time I sign on the app closes and shuts down.. causing me to log out and the cycle continues. You guys need to fix this. I’m very close to finding another bank.
App Not Letting me enroll
I can’t seem to enroll on the app. Everytime i try to put my information it doesn’t go through!!
Zelle
I was using Zelle before ponce decided to make Zelle part of the app , now I have no access to Zelle since ponce took over

Finally
I am super excited that ponce finally has a mobile app, but we need to catch up to the other banks. We need to be able to send and receive money to other people like quickpay, take picture of your check to deposit. Also definitely need to utilize the touch id feature on smartphone to sign into app so we dont have to put password everytime. Thanks ponce for attempting a new idea.(update) check deposit works!. Now all we beed is touch id and apple watch compatibility.

Need to improve
I understand one step at the time but this is like ufff many steps back, well need to improve visually because customers will like to see something attractive to their eyes and them need to do more functions inside app cause almost everything is sending me out to main website and for that I don't need an APP. Like I said, I understand but bring something good since the beginning don't like what I see right now I rather use main website instead of App. Hope is update very soon.
