UI Huge improvement over site
Website was clunky and annoying to navigate. This app is a big improvement and synced w my existing account through my number, pretty nice.

I love going here they’re knowledgeable. They’re kind they’re sweet. They don’t put up a BS. I never have any problems and when they do a buy one get one and I’m not aware about it. They make sure to make sure it gets added on for me I love how personal the staff is. They have different personalities that fit different customers. Amazing environment.

Great place and great vibes, sometimes it gets hectic but the customer service is amazing! Super thankful for everyone there! I also enjoy the app and online orders during crunch time because these guys are quick and keep you updated on your order! Very easy to navigate through the app too.
The industry going to pot?
This dispensary is great. The problem is the rest of the industry. Growers don’t grow the good stuff anymore, the classics like sour diesel, etc, few sativas but plenty of hybrids. All gummies everywhere are all basically the same. It’s getting to the same place on flower, doesn’t smell like weed anymore…. and I suspect that the strain indicated on packages is not a TRUE indication that you’re getting the same product, or the product is now not nearly as good as the same strain bought just a couple years ago. Am I right about all this? Please correct me. Please. Not criticizing the dispensary. They struggle with it too!

Can’t get in the app
The customer service won’t open and it won’t let me login with my online account. I’ve reset my password and it didn’t work.
Best dispensary, but app def needs work
I’ve been going to Pondy for like 2 years basically exclusively, and it seems like they finally put out an app for themselves! It’s near perfect, the only complaints I have is that the font used for products is too large to display the strain names without needing to click the product first, and the deals are usually absent when adding to my cart. Other than that, it’s a perfect app for a perfect dispo 🤓👌

It’s about time that the best dispensary in AZ got their app. The interface is super easy to navigate, rewards are easy to check on, and all the deals are listed as well!
