Techs in the field having trouble
We have used for years now hoping for improvements. It takes a very long time to get reports to go in through the app. We have 3 crews and work with them everyday, bought dedicated phones etc but rarely can get even 80% of the reports to go through in the field. If we could get reports to go through timely, we would love it.

Been doing pools for a decade, most apps suck, this one? It’s simple, clean, easy. Anyone with experience with other apps know how messy and frustrating they can be, I hope to see further improvements with this app!
Issues after issues.
This app gives me trouble submitting my reports. It will delete everything, get stuck in queue, crash, and log me out and won’t let me log back in. I have to delete the app, install the app again, and let it log me in.
