Problems unlocking full version

This app is easily 5-stars on iPad, but similar to other reviews in other DAWs, I am not able to unlock the full version that I purchased in Ableton Live. I can access everything in standalone mode, but the AUv3 is broken on Mac. Please fix this… Lumbeat drummers are my go-to drum tools!
