No longer a Popeyes patron….. No more!!!!
No!!!! No!!!! No!!!!! You have lost a customer, first it was axing the #DIRTY RICE, then you got rid of the Smoky Chipotle wing sauce, BUT GETTING RID OF THE SIGNATURE HOT WING SAUCE!!!!!??? Who is making these calls!? Why!!?? For what REASON!!!!? There is absolutely NO GOOD REASON!!!

I was not happy with the service the other day because I ordered on the app and was not able to cancel it. I feel that I should be given the option to cancel an order that I placed at the wrong location and be given a refund or at least Points back to order from the correct place!

Chris(the manager) and his crew were very accommodating. I came into the restaurant late, and would have been completely understanding if the staff was upset. Total opposite, Chris and his crew were very happy and had great attitudes. They immediately began preparing our order and we had our hot, fresh, & prepared with compassion, food in no time. And the food was delicious. I would highly recommend this Popeyes!

Scam deals
Popeyes charged me $5 on a deal and I received 2 pieces of chicken, which were burnt. On the app, the deal clearly stated “get 3 pieces of signature chicken for $5” in the $5 bundle. Instead, I got two burnt wings. Not even thighs or a drum. Straight burnt wings.

They do NOT give back refunds after a messed up order they say they will but it actually DOESNT so don’t do deliveries ONLY pickup so I can fix ur order
