I had a small error in one of my photos and was guided and helped to cancel order; duplicate the album to make the adjustment and replace the order. Some pictures were cut in half and I thought the AI was a leave it too it
Not worth almost £50
Book arrived today flimsy looks cheap there’s a bend in the book the prints inside are of bad quality the photos are not as clear as should be I would have been better off printing them off at boots much cheaper definitely would not recommend nor would I buy again almost feel scammed with how bad this is

DO NOT BUY!
I spent a while choosing an app to make photo books with, and settled on Popsa because it seemed affordable and looked to be decent quality. I ordered a soft cover book. It had 20 pages or so. Literally the first time I sat down to look through it with my kids, it fell apart in my hands. The binding that held the pages together cracked as we turned them, and pages came loose and fell out. $40 down the drain. Choose another photo book app, because this isn’t the one you’re looking for.

Very happy with my photo book . Im glad I chose gloss paper.

Heads chopped off! I received my book this morning and all the pictures have been poorly placed, not as I sent them and 5-6 have the heads chopped off. I will be complaining and returning the book. Very disappointed as I have had 4 of these before and all have been good.
Not what I had hoped for
After spending $$$ for a 8x11 with 24 pages: 1. Hard cover was all that I could have have hoped, excellent. 2. While the photos were printed on gloss paper. several of my pictures taken on an iphone 17 Pro Max were poorly duplicated and colors were noticeably washed out, 3 Most annoying, though I carefully reviewed my draft book and pictures before finalizing my order, five of my photos were (re)(extra) cropped with little to no concern for the result - body parts missing, legs vs faces, etc. Very annoying. I expected humans to review the work before mailing - my mistake.

A Tradition
I love Popsa photo books and have been making them for 5 years or so. The best gift ever for my grandchildren and their families. Customer service is excellent.
Like it but…
The quality is very nice and fairly affordable. I just wish it were more customizable. Some pictures are cropped too much. You could spend all day rearranging photos.
Birthday book
I loved the final version but it was so difficult to work out how to change photos around and configure them - this took way longer than it should have

I love it there’s no adds to annoying me and it just lets me do whatever I want and it’s not frustrating at all
Smaller than expected
Super disappointed as I ordered the medium thinking it would be larger than it was. My photos came out smaller in the book than on my phone, I can barely see the photos in the book or the details of the photos. It should be advertised as “small 6.5x8.5” paying over 100$ for this size is ridiculous price and I would have definitely found a better deal with another company. The photos are more clear and detailed on my phone, it would have been more worth my money to print them and buy a photo album rather than order this small book. Sorry to say but I’m not happy with this purchase and wish I knew the details before spending the time and money to make this book

Popsa is great for making your family memories into photo books! The layouts are smart and the App is intuitive. I also love how it saves your work, so if you don’t finish, just reopen the App and it will pick up where you left off!
