Not logging in or signing up
I love popsockets, I own at least 19 of them, I am able to sign into the website using my Google account but I'm trying to sign up in the app because there is no option for the Google sign in but app isn't getting past the http 400 error code, so I gave it a 2 star rating for now.
This app just doesn’t work
I have had a PS account for years but when I downloaded this app and tried to enter it, it keeps crashing when I enter my user name. I thought it would be easier to navigate than the desktop site but…not so much.
Used to be useful
I initially downloaded this app for a more user-friendly shopping experience on my phone. I soon discovered the fun feature for backspin grips. However, while it’s still pretty user-friendly for shopping, the fun backspin feature is gone. Plus, maybe it’s just me, but when I go to create s custom grip/case/etc., nothing happens. Selecting the item I want to customize just takes me back to the top of the page. I’ll stick with the website.

Where are you customer service???
I’d love to give a great rating but I still haven’t received my order or ANY communication from them. I got a confirmation email that my order went through but I’ve had no shipping email and no response from customer service when I have emailed them asking about it. I spent a decent amount of money on their website and I feel like I just threw my money away. No products and no customer service response… please give me a reason to give y’all a 5 star review.
