Useless
App won’t connect to the Portal router. I’d like to be able to enable fast lane after a recent reset, but there is no ability to do so from the web config page.

Just a terrible experience
The app is useless, the site is less helpful, the design of the devices is not bad but rather large. I should just be easy to set up and go. Nothing on worked. I have not been able to just get them to connect to anything. The web app is also… what’s the point this thing is the worst.
When it works, it kinda works
The app is okay, limited, when it works it kinda works. When it doesn’t work there is absolutely nothing you can do to adjust settings. Been needing to adjust for almost a day and the app keeps telling me the portal is offline.
Frustrating
Tried to pair with my existing and functional portal router. Three different phones, all up to date, failed to pair. Impossible to setup mesh network without pairing. No support available.
Useless app
This app is terrible. I’m connected to the internet through Portal. But the app says “Something is wrong. Portal is offline”. I have the latest iOS installed on iPhone 12 Pro.
